So, this is my third Nespresso machine. My first was this same machine and lasted about three years of daily use, which is pretty good considering nothing lasts forever. My next was the one with the manual lever on top. It was much harder to use and only lasted about two years. The opener on top started sticking and was even harder to use. This model has an automatic opener and closer and is so much more convenient. I will stick with this brand and model in the future. Highly recommend it.

We ordered this because we finally wore out our original Nespresso. Love the changes that were implemented on this product. Water reservoir is larger and the cup holder has been changed from plastic to stainless steel. Enjoying this daily since it arrived. The Nespresso coffee is comparable to the coffee at the local coffee merchants, but for a lot less $$$

I don’t think there’s anything that I dislike about it I love everything about it I wish actually I take that back I wish the water was just a little bit hotter I like a nice hot cup cuz I like to take a and then go back to it and there is not always hot to be extra hot have a button for that might be a great idea.

I liked coffee before getting this, now i love it. I drink coffee every morning with my nespresso and the quality is amazing of the pods. The design is very modern looking and fits in perfectly with my house. The pods are a little pricey but worth it. I totally recommend for all levels of coffee fans!

We have had a Nespresso Vertuo machine for years and loved its coffee and versatility. It provided at least 4 cups of coffee every day until the motor finally died. We feel we had gotten our money’s worth. We looked for a replacement model with a smaller footprint and settled on the Deluxe model. Since it was made by Breville I was confident in its quality since I have many beloved Breville kitchen devices. Well, unfortunately this Breville Nespresso Vertuo Deluxe product does not match the quality of their other machines.
It leaks water from the main body with every cup we make, and it is not drops leaking, but ounces. Of course the original packing has been thrown out and we are trying to live with mopping it up with a towel after each use, but it is aggravating and greatly disappointing. I wish we had chosen a different model but my previous experiences had given me confidence in our choice. Too bad two brands I had faith in have let us down.

Amazing coffee/espresso machine! Makes mornings much easier and no more spending $6 at a coffee shop in the morning for a drink. This will save you tons and taste better than those coffee chains.
One thing to note is that is machine doesn’t take the larger 12oz pods!
