We love our machine! delicious pods and lots of variety to choose from. Only downside is emptying the water tray pretty often. I think since there is a milk frother, more water collects in the tray therefore you need to empty it out more often.

I like the ease of using Nespresso capsules rather than grinding beans every day. The espresso is not the same caliber as my Breville espresso machine, but it is satisfactory. I purchased this machine because I have had numerous Breville espresso machines that have been excellent. I have a Nespresso coffee maker that I like and Nespresso has previously provided good customer support.
After using the machine a few times, I dropped the plastic water tank on the floor while washing it. This made a big hole in the bottom of the tank. After extensive research seeking a replacement water tank, I gave up. I called Nespresso for help and had a most unpleasant and disappointing experience. The customer service person was rude and informed me that they did not have any water tanks for this model in stock and did not know when they might get any. So here I am stuck with a moderately expensive espresso machine that I cannot use. Very frustrating! I wish I had purchased another Breville.

I researched and researched and this machine came out on top. It came well packaged and protected. Set up was easy. You get what you pay for. It looks great and works flawlessly. Great cup of coffee. No need to go back to Starbucks.

I bought this for myself as a birthday present as it had a great sale price. I love it. The frother is super convenient and it makes great coffee. I’ve had a Nespresso for a couple of years that came with a separate frother that I never used. My non-frothing days ended with this. BONUS – the frother is self cleaning. It takes longer to warm up when making the coffee, but I’m used to that now. Totally recommend this machine. It’s a step up from my first Nespresso Vertuo machine.

It is very temperamental and unpredictable. When the light goes to red it must be rebooted (unplugged) and at times il will not come back to life. After one year and a half it just died. The pump that pushes the water through the pods stopped working. For that kind of money THAT is unacceptable. Also the closing of the top by twisting is very hard and was from the beginning, my wife was never able to close it down to brew.
Yes it is pretty BUT lest we forget, IT IS a coffee maker (its primary function).

Easy to set up and use. The pods tend to be a bit expensive but it is a simple way to have coffee without all the regular setup and cleanup. Lots of options for various flavors and it’s nice that you have an easy way of recycling their pods.
