Uds. Me enviaron una maquina usada. Claramente se ve que esta usada. Seguro alguien la regreso, y me la enviaron a mi, porque sabian que no era para uso en Estados Unidos. Los botones estan invertidos precionas cafe corto y lo hace largo, y si precionas cafe largo, sale corto. La caja estaba muy maltratada y forrada en tape de amazon, lo que me parecio extraño. Muy mal hecho de parte de ustedes. Por otro lado, claramente se veia que ya la habian utilizado se le ven las gotas de cafe en donde se coloca la capsula no trajo los folletos y se veia que la habian lavado la bandeja. No le tome fotos a nada porque asumi que bueno ya estaba usada, pero envio este comentario al darme cuenta de que los botones estan invertidos y supongo que ya la habian devuelto por lo mismo.

This Nespresso original-line Delonghi machine is getting hard to find. This one came with a tag saying it was made in Ukraine. We had the same model Delonghi for years. We wore it out. We had also bought a Vertuo Evoluo machine some years ago: fancier, takes more expensive capsules. We couldn’t taste much difference, certainly not enough to warrant the added cost of Vertuo capsules. Plus, finding aluminum-encased original-line capsules from Starbucks and Peets was easier and cheaper, though we mostly stick with Nespresso capsules, preferring the darker roasts.

I first was introduced to this product by my brother, while visiting his home he showed me this in the morning and it was fantastic. i had previously seen the more expensive per pod veruto system that was not cost effective in any capacity for me. I immedietly got online and realized these are a hair out of my price range. But low and behold, there was a used model at less than half the price. it showed up and wouldnt make coffee correctly (like three drops and then its done). little research showed that all it needed was a factory reset. once that and a very detailed cleaning were finished, it works a charm. Recomend this 10/10 over the veruto systems for cost alone if all you care about is shotsof esspresso.

I bought the nespresso coffee machine and it arrived the next day. Incredible! Plugged in but no water coming out. I played with it for 30 minutes and put it back in the box and sent a request to return. Amazon makes this so easy, get a QR code and drop off at a Whole Food store. The replacement came the next day. Same problem no water coming out. So I recreate the manual and discovered that I need to rinse the system out before putting in a coffee pod. Did the rinse and the machine works fine. Great service from Amazon!

The first machine arrived in a pristine package, but the security seal was broken.
The 14 sample coffee pods were missing. I though “oh well at least the machine looks fine”
I filled it with water and following the initial setup noted in the manual by running it 3 times in “lungo” mode.
The pump fired up but no water came through the machine. Tried 6 times. Nada. Must be defected machine.
So, I return this one and the seller promptly sent me a replacement.
It arrive 2 days later and it had the EXACT SAME ISSUES. No sample coffee pods and it did not work!
So I requested a refund. Selling defective/used machines as new. Why a scam

UPDATE: just got a replacement machine that had the same issue with water not flowing through the machine, I called the customer service. As it turns out YOU NEED TO PRIME THIS MACHINE BY FILLING THE TANK WITH HOT WATER AND RUN THE MACHINE CYCLE AT LEAST 3 TIMES which is different from the instructions booklet that tells you to fill it with room temperature water. It does not work with room temperature!! The hotel water did the trick :)) and the machine is working great now. I changed my review to 4 stars, took a star off because of bad instructions.
Initial review: The machine looked new but the box looked like it was used. Plugged it in and followed the instructions to turn it on and run several cycles by pressing the lungo button. You can hear the motor running but the water won’t pump through the machine. This is the second Innisia that I received with this same issue!! Ordered a replacement.
