      I initially wanted to order this so that I could stop giving Starbucks all of my money! I love the machine and have used it just about everyday(except when I ran out of pods), but I will say it is a bit on the loud side! The frother on the other hand is basically silent!
      I was a little iffy about getting rid of my keurig since I had bought the refillable pod and I didn’t want to contribute to coffee pods in the landfill but nespresso offers pod recycling!
      Luckily I haven’t had any issues other than not being able to get it to connect to my phone but that’s not a deal breaker for me.

      The Nespresso Vitro next is a fantastic all-around coffee espresso machine but there are some drawbacks such as it is very noisy and leaks water. The other drawback is that the Reservoir is kind of small Roughly about 28 ounces so after the first espresso you might get three out of the tank before you need to refill it. This is the first of its type to have Wi-Fi attached to the machine it’s very interesting because basically the only thing good about it is that it updated firmware but other than that it’s completely useless there is no functionality from the app to the machine which kind of makes a pointless I can’t imagine that the firmware change is very often it’s a Nespresso machine not a computer that needs the latest firmware. Other than all of us the machine is fantastic there’s just some things that just don’t really make sense about the machine and one being how loud it is and to why it needs to be connected to a network that needs more functionality if you want network connectivity.

      For spending over $100 on a product I would expect it to work at least longer than a year. It worked perfectly for 6 months and I loved this espresso maker, the coffee was amazing every time. But after 6 months it started having issues, it would blink orange when I would try to brew and wouldn’t work. I contacted support and they walked me through how to thoroughly clean the maker and it started working great again. Only to break a couple months later. So I contacted support again since I was still in warranty I wanted to request a new product be sent to me. But no. They refused, instead I spent an hour video chatting with support until the maker worked. The issue with this is I don’t have an hour to mess with my coffee maker every time it breaks when I need to get out of the house for work in the morning, so while yes it’s great that after an hour of troubleshooting we got it to work again but I don’t have the time for that.
      So yet again a few months later the issue persists, my warranty is within days of expiring so I again try to plead my case showing I’ve contacted support now 3 times for the same issue and hoping they will just send me a new machine. But again no. I finally gave up trying to use the machine after it kept failing and I refuse to spend an hour with support each time I call. I’m a busy mom who doesn’t have time to waste like that. While I loved my Nespresso while it lasted unfortunately I don’t have the energy or money to throw at trying to get this one to work consistently/buying a new one. And after wasting over 3 hours with support WHILE having a warranty on the product, it did no good.
