This toaster oven is dangerous. Even when toasting toast, the top of the oven WILL BURN YOU.

    2. Myrtle F.

Replaced with another brand that kept getting brown in the stainless on the top as I feared fire.
Years past only bought Black n Decker. So purchased this one and it is a good one – good price. Just with knobs were marked with better pointers, I just colored them with a marker. The word indicators could be a littl bolder. Still love it and am a happy toaster cooker.

Toaster oven toasts and bakes and even broils, but be careful opening the door. The handle does not get hot, but it’s small and your hand may touch the top or bottom of oven door. There is also no way to get the crumbs out of the very bottom mid oven even though there’s a crumb tray. But the worst part is the tiny print that says “bake” or “toast.” You have to get extremely close to read it and get nearly on top of the dials to see the words “toast” and “bake”. Too many times I did not reset and used bake to toast and toast to bake — not successfully to say the least.

This is my honest review for this toaster oven.

I have never owned or operated toaster oven. Wow… I am impressed.

      Pro:
      * You can BAKE food just like in a CONVENTIONAL OVEN but don’t have to wait for preheat.
      * You can BROIL food just like in a CONVENTIONAL OVEN.
      * You can even GRILL your food unlike the CONVENTIONAL OVEN.
      * Not only that you can even keep your food warm or toast your bread.
      * You can set temperature all the way up to 450F. It gets so hot and quick that it smokes just like in a CONVENTIONAL OVEN.
      * Cleanup job is a BREEZE.

      Con:
      * It is kind of small in size and space inside, but it is in away a good thing that we can put them in a small space when you got very little room for big appliances.

I definitely would buy this toaster again. I recommend this toaster oven and the seller.

Great little oven. Saves me having to use my large oven. Easy to use. Works just like my old one that lasted for many years.

This is a nice toaster oven. Controls are extensive and settings are numerous. The oven heats up fast and the heat deflectors (that cover the elements top and bottom) seem to distribute the heat evenly. I only have one complaint and cannot fathom why this was not done. There is only one position for the rack. That one position places the rack pretty close to the top element. We bought this one to replace an older unit that wore out but was almost identical to this one in color and size. It had two slots for the rack. Why they chose only one for this toaster oven is beyond me. I use this every day when I make my breakfast. I like to toast one side of my bread and make either an egg and pepper jack cheese sandwich or a bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich. With the rack as close as it is to the upper element, you have to be careful with this unit when it is set to “broil”……unless you want burnt bread. I would prefer an upper and lower rack position so I could place the rack on the lower position and further from that upper element. This would also allow more room when you want to bake something in it. Other than that, its a great little toaster oven. NOTE: It is NOT a convection oven or an air fryer. There is nothing in it to rotate the air around your food. I read a couple of reviews for this one where reviewers implicated that this one can function like that. Uh no. That is not correct.

This small (four slices of bread max) is perfect for our space. Looks better in person and works like a charm.

I’ve had this toaster oven for about a month now and, after doing some scavenger hunting on the internet for instructions and a little trial and error, I think it’s going to pretty much replace my regular gas oven.
Let me save you a little frustration as to the lack of instructions, especially pertaining to the convection feature. If you select the “Bake” setting, the convection feature is activated. There is no way to turn it off, which is actually fine.
What I have discovered is, if I’m baking baked goods (cookies, muffins, etc) you need to decrease the baking temperature by 25 degrees or reduce the baking time by about 25 %, or both. If you reduce the temp, start checking for doneness about 3/4 of the way through the baking process.
If I’m baking a casserole, which contains more liquids or the like(‘cream of’ soups, eggs, cheese, etc) I use the recommended temperature in the recipe and let it cook the full amount of time. I made a tuna noodle casserole last week and it was perfect using the recipe exactly as written.
I haven’t used the broil feature for meat yet, so I don’t have a point of reference for that feature and, as I’m single and just make toast in a regular 2 slice toaster, I also don’t have a review for the toast feature (I don’t need 8 slices of toast at once.)
What I LOVE about this oven is being able to use my regular pans! I had a smaller toaster oven before and got frustrated by having to buy special pans for it. I ended up buying a lot of disposable aluminum pans. With this oven, I can use all of my regular pans (I have several Pampered Chef ones that I wasn’t able to use in the old toaster oven) except for a couple of my larger baking stones. So far, everything has baked so much more evenly than in my full sized gas oven that I’m absolutely thrilled.
So, as far as the way the oven functions and the results I’ve had when cooking with it, I am very satisfied with this oven. The only negative comment that I have about it is that the instructions are almost non-existent. An individual shouldn’t have to do 2 hours of research online and watch youtube videos to learn how to properly use this product. They really need to include an actual instruction manual, with a few recipes included for each feature of the oven, instead of a big sheet of pitiful basic instructions that are written in about a dozen different languages. I think that most of the negative reviews that I’ve seen could have been avoided if this were the case. Does the outside of the oven get hot? Yes, it’s a toaster oven, not an insulated range, so move it away from the wall. The crumb tray slides into the slots underneath the OUTSIDE of the oven, it doesn’t go inside and I believe this is the reason that so many people are saying it never gets hot enough. The convection feature comes on and stays on when baking, there’s no way to shut it off. All of this could should be explained in an actual instruction manual.
My last comment pertains to the price. At $67 in November, this oven was a great value. Less than a month later, it’s $96!!!! Had it been this price originally, I’m not sure I would have purchased it.
So, my review is A for the the oven itself, D for the lack of instructions and the $30 price hike just before Christmas.

Nothing fancy. Doesn’t try to do lots of fancy cooking techniques. It is a straightforward toaster, but it does the job beautifully. Light and easy to put away so it doesn’t take up counter space.

I love this little toaster oven!! It’s works very well. I won’t complain about the size, because it’s meant for “toast”, however I wish it came with a visible temperature gauge. I bought a thermal gun for that reason and found that it is extremely accurate. It heats up quick and maintains the set temperature no matter how much you open and close the door. For the price it is definitely worth it, however it also lacks internal lighting. It’s not much of deal-breaker if you have a flashlight or smart phone. I managed to find a small pan that just barely fit after I bent the the edges and I made some of the best 350 degree brownies!! The pan left no room for anything and I couldn’t even look through to watch them cook as it was a perfect fit. Would not recommend this for anyone that wants to cook anything bigger than a loaf.
