I love the Cuisinart brand. They make quality products. The slots are big enough for homemade Bagels and breads. It toasts perfectly. I like the color it matches my other appliances. It’s easy to adjust the temperature. It pops up nicely.

This is only the 3rd toaster we have had in over 40 years. BUT, this Quisinart toasts everything that I put in it better than any I have ever eaten before. It is really amazing and my husband agrees with me. Don’t know what it is that my others lacked, but it is so much better, both textured inside & outside of the bagel/toast. I especially like the bagel function and the frozen control. Oh, and I also love the warm up feature & clean-out. There isn’t anything that I don’t like. Everything that comes out is better than ever before. BTW…… I am truly a non-solicited buyer. And, the other two brands I ordered, I had to send back. One fingerprinted all over and the second one didn’t work. Got lucky when I ordered this one. Barb

Was looking for a decent toaster for awhile. Box stores seemed to be dented more than not, plus on the expensive side. This one checked all the boxes for me. It toasts evenly. It is pretty fast and the 4 slots for the bread are wide enough for beagles. Not a fan of black but hay, you can’t have everything. Would recommend.

Looks nice works ok but when you press the bagel button it still toasts on both sides. Regular toasting is not even on both sides either, but it does the job of toasting.

After 12 years, our wonderful Cui. Classic toaster had had enough. Order same model. The push down lever must be made of tin because it is flimsy. Will stay down only by soft push. It pops up if any slight exertion is pressed. If you want to stop toasting before set time and push up the lever it won’t, unless you fidget. Why cut cost on such a cheap part already. The toaster seems to weigh less too. Makes you ask, “What else has been replced with cheaper parts?” I don’t anticipate this one lasting anywhere near 12 years.

Love this 4 slot toaster! It’s color, durability, value for money, the 4 slots. Finally, my husband and I can eat our toast/ waffles/ or other items together. For the first 2x’s using this toaster I smelled a plastic/material smell only because it was new, but quickly went away.

Purchased this to replace a 12 year old 4 slice Cuisinart toaster that was a wedding present. The old toaster was awesome. It toasted perfectly, was easy to clean, and we never had an issue with it until one day when it started to smoke and was time to be replaced. I thought by ordering the new version of the same toaster that I would receive something of similar quality. I couldn’t have been more wrong. Upon opening you could just tell that this toaster wasn’t even close. The plastic and dials all feel cheap. It took about a week of pushing the levers down and turning the settings all the way up, multiple times a day, to burn off whatever coating is on the interior. Eventually, we started to use the toaster and it’s awful. There is no consistency with the dials. One day I’ll toast on 3 and will get a nice light golden toast. The next day I do the same and it barely looks toasted so I have to run it through again and guess on the dial setting so I don’t burn the bread. My wife likes her toast a little more well done. One day I’ll toast on 5 and it’s perfect and then the next day I’ll toast the exact same bread on 5 and it comes out burned. I’m so disappointed in this toaster. I expected more from Cuisinart, but I guess like many other companies they aren’t what they once were and are making cheap products with cheap materials at the expense of their reputation. Thats very disappointing, but a sign of the times I suppose. Oh well, I’m already shopping for a replacement and it won’t be a Cuisinart.
