I would give zero stars because this was unusable and very dangerous. The microwave was taken out of the box, plugged in, and tested with a microwave safe glass bowl with water in it. The power cord jiggled at the point where it enters the microwave and felt insecure. Upon pressing start on the control panel, I noticed that there are no power settings. You cannot change the power, it’s just start and stop. This is a poor design choice that I wouldn’t think someone would have to look out for in the list of features since this has been a standard feature for decades.
Upon this initial use of microwaving a bowl of water, the control panel flashed, buzzed, and sparks were flying from the electrical components of the interior of the microwave. There was smell of hot plastic and I unplugged the microwave. I plugged it back in and the same thing occured and had to quickly unplug it. I was never able to test this product because within seconds of trying it, it almost caught on fire. I’ve never experienced this with any kind of electronic device. The quality control would seemingly be terrible since this did not work at all out of the box. It appears to be made of low quality components and even if it worked correctly, the cost is way too high in my opinion for such a simple microwave. The crisper feature appears to be a heating element on the top of the interior of the microwave. I was unable to test this feature as the microwave was unsafe to use. Even if this microwave worked, I wouldn’t recommend it because of it’s lack of power control and the low quality construction and components. A return and refund has been requested.

Upon receiving the glass table, ring and drive shaft were loose and rattling around inside. Why they were not broken I have no idea. When this thing operates it emits a lot of vibration noise. The control system is also nowhere near as intuitive/smart as more expensive name brands. So it earns a three as it is inexpensive yet works, so far. I got no operators manual either so I have a guessing game ahead of me.

This is the first time I’ve ordered a microwave over the internet. Usually I visit stores after a little online research. So far, we consider this order a success. We especially like the ability to simply press one of the number buttons for the number of minutes you want to cook, e.g., press “1” for one minute, “3” for three minutes and so on. Alternatively, we can press “Time Cook” and pick the exact timing we want. 00:00 is displayed, then using the number pad, we can pick 02:15 for two minutes and 15 seconds and so on. The unit also has the usual “standard” setting for defrosting, popcorn and pizza. Construction appears sturdy and everything fits well. The “30 seconds” more button is often useful when food is a little undercooked.

My kids and I love this microwave! It fits perfectly on my counter area where I had my last one, it’s beautiful and stylish. Easy to use and DOESN’T come with that annoying “quick cook” setting (we just can’t stand that although many people like that option which is fine, to each their own) . We love the *crisp* option on it, works great for reheating pizza, fries, breaded chicken and really anything that should be on the crispy side versus soggy. I love the easy touch screen and the fact I can lower/turn up the “finish” sound. The inside is NOT plastic which I’m so happy about because our last microwave was and stains plus smells just stick around and are so hard to get out but, this one is super easy to clean in and out. It comes with a beautiful glass turn plate for inside and a sturdy door handle instead of the button push to open (which the kids and I don’t like those, we prefer the handle but, again to each their own). The price is a little spendy for the unit size in my opinion but, this microwave is still well worth it due to the beautiful design, stylish display screen, great interior lighting, option choices AND the fact that it has an energy saver built in for the display screen (only the clock stars illuminated when not being used, the rest of the display goes into sleep mode). All in all I am beyond happy and will be buying my older kids one for their new place.

We had a small range at the lake, that came from my daughter when she was in college. Someone is at the lake cabin every weekend during the summer. It is used almost constantly. Someone is always eating. Nice size.

Works perfectly, as expected. Well packed in the box. Lots of options that we don’t use and we probably could’ve gone with a slightly smaller model, but this one was a good price and easy to use.

But not at all like my last one. Gotta read the book or Instructions or something… Not all the quick sets are what I want or need and getting your own seconds or minutes and seconds is a chore for me currently. It’s noisier than I’m used to but not annoying louder, it’s kinda vibrate but all’s good. Is does work well and I miss the push button door opener that I thought it had. All in all, I’m happier with it than without it 😉

Thank God For Amazon.com. The fact that I was able to buy this Microwave along with making 3 payments is the only way I could have ever bought this. It is a 1000 Watts and cooks my food very very well,
Thank You Amazon
