I don’t write many reviews but felt this was definitely worthy. I bought this juicer for my wife last Valentine’s Day so this is almost a year old. First off, my wife is the primary user of the product and I asked here what she liked about it:

      Pros:
      – Good juicer, gets the job done without much fuss
      – Relatively small footprint so doesn’t take up much counter space
      – Easy to clean, parts easily disassemble to make clean up easy (word of advice don’t use dishwasher as you risk minor warping on certain parts)
      – Isn’t too noisy for a juicer
      – Likes how the jug design helps filter out the pulp when you poor it into a glass
      – Customer service (see my comments below)

      Cons:
      – None really, it works great for juicing 10-12 oz. Keep in mind it’s not a heavy duty commercial juicer as you are not spending hundreds of dollars on the product.

Besides this being a great product though, the main reason you should buy this juicer is because of the company and customer service that stands behind it. There are a lot of products on Amazon with high marks and its hard to tell the quality and reputation of a company until you have a problem. So I bought the juicer about a year ago and it stopped working late last week. On Sunday, I emailed the company (muellerdirect dot com) in the morning, explaining the juicer stopped working and would like to see if I can get it replaced or fixed. Within a few hours of the email I sent on a Sunday, they responded to me, apologizing for the unit not working and quickly offering me a chance to replace the unit. Monday, the next day, I emailed them with my Amazon order details and shipping information and boom!!!, 2 days later I had a new unit show up at our door step. There was no fuss, they didn’t ask me to return the old one or hassle me with 10 different questions, they just provided awesome customer service. From the interactions I had with them, they claimed to be a family business so I was happy enough to write them a 5 star review on Amazon given my experience.

In summary, great juicer for the price, does what it claims and has a 2 yr warranty that is backed up by a reputable company with awesome customer service. I highly recommend it!!!

When I started using the juice machine, I was not happy. I had to wash 6 pieces and the juice was not totally extracted from the fruit. I contacted the company that has an excellent customer service. They shipped me another machine free but the juice issue continued. The company did not request me to return the first one. Then later I decided to get a new blade to see if the problem would stop. While waiting for the blade to arrive, I continue using the machine and got friendly to her. Yes it takes time to get familiar and accept the appliance as it is. I got the blade and it is the same but the issue is not really dramatic.
In conclusion, for that price the machine works fine. It was cheaper when I bought the first one and retuned it since Amazon charged me the wrong credit card on file just expired. The second one was more expensive and now much more. It made in Austria and better than to use China products non stop. Yes it is noisy but if you wish to get a fruit juice in the comfort of your home, you would have to stand the noise for a couple of minutes. We have to give time to time and get use to the machine. I think that the machine got used to me and now I love it. I learned to juice 2 baby carrots packages plus apple, celery and ginger in one go and refrigerate it. I do not use the machine daily. And it works fine. The customer service deserves me to write that positive review in detail. I spoke to Sandra, Mila, Maya, Laura and Lucie and all were extremely polite, nice, friendly, professional and understanding. I have presently in my home 2 full appliances and an extra blade. I would highly recommend the appliance and the highly level excellent service if you crave for home natural juice fruits/vegetables. Good luck! Other questions, pls contact me via Amazon and I will be glad to respond. Sarina, FL 33316

I tried with sugar cane stick and did not work right. Either the sugar cane stick was too dry or the produce too hard on the machine. The machine stopped working and being under the warranty (3 years) the company was ready to replace it. Later when I plugged and tried it to make it work, it was back to normal. I rushed to call the company (working till midnight Eastern time) to request to stop the shipping. Yes the customer service of Mueller is unique in this country. HIGHLY RECOMMEND IT.

Before purchasing this juicer I did quite a bit of research and read reviews specifically addressing how the juicer worked for processing the quantity of apples needed to make a couple gallons of cider. It was touted as a good option for apples with a large chute and a capable motor.

We were excited to receive our juicer, which shipped quickly. We read all the instructions, cleaned the parts, and got to work with our apples. It was wonderful!!! The juice poured forth abundantly, the pulp went where it was supposed to- until it didn’t.

About the time we reached what I estimate to be a quart of juice, the filter clogged and pulp began coming out the spout. No problem. We disassembled the juicer, cleaned the filter, rewashed all the parts, and started again, this time keeping an eye on the filter so we could rinse it before the pulp backed up.

No go. No matter how often we stopped, the filter inevitably clogs, un-juiced apples bits get thrown into the top and into the pulp bin, and quite frankly it has taken forever to juice a very reasonable amount of apples. We weren’t looking to make a ton of apple juice- just a couple gallons. The description and reviews of the juicer led us to believe it would be a tool with which we could accomplish this goal. Unfortunately it has just become a messy, long, painful process and we are revisiting the idea of an old fashioned juice press.

Maybe a good juicer if you are just looking for a morning cup of orange juice. Not a great idea for making apple juice/cider.

I decided to start juicing again after more than 4 years. I like this because it is just right – not too big and not too small to use on a regular basis. However, I noticed that some pulps go to the juice and I have to strain it to get rid of it. The pulps seem wet NOT dry compared to my previous machine. You can actually squeeze more juice on it. The pulp also got stuck on the lid and hardly goes to the pulp container. For the price, it is just ok NOT great. I started using it for a month now – 3x a week so I am hoping that it will at least work another 6 months. If it is not, then I will go back to the old juicer brand that I used. It is bigger than this BUT it works perfectly well. I gave it away because I did not have the space at the time.

This is my first juicer so I don’t really have anything to compare it to, it works great to me. I just wish the blades were easier to clean

I bought this to replace my dead previous juicer and it was inexpensive. I have other Mueller products that I just love. This one came well-packaged and the assembly instruction were easy to follow. The first item I tried to juice – the food-prep instructions for juicing are not that in-depth- was grapefruit with the skin on. Well, that was a total disaster as a whole bunch of the rind ended up in the juice. So I got another couple of grapefruit, peeled them, took the center tissue out, put the sections through the hopper and it worked out reasonably well. I also tried a couple of old apples, and then some fresh carrots and celery. The main take-a-away with citrus – if you want juice, use a good ol’ electric citrus juicer, not this one. You know, the juicers that you cut the fruit in half and there’s a pointy thing that you smash the fruit up against? Yeh, citrus didn’t work so well in this juicer. So, ixnay on that idea. The apples, I just quartered and they went through fairly well. Again, they were somewhat aged, although not spoiled. The best was the celery/carrots. I got a fair amount of yield out of them. I want to try berries at some point, too. The main lesson I learned, besides don’t use this juicer for citrus, was, USE THE FRESHEST FRUIT YOU CAN FIND! Process within a day or two of purchase, if not immediately. I found the older fruits to have not much juice to them. Ya know how some apples you take a bite out of and the juice runs down your chin? THAT’s the quality of fruit you want to use. As for the veggies – yes, the fresher the better on those as well. You might go so far as to place your celery in a glass of water for 24 hours prior to juicing, just to get more water in it. I haven’t tried tomatoes yet, or beets, but they’re on the list. As far as cleaning, it’s fairly easy – there are just a lot of parts. But it disassembles with ease, especially the puplper, which is the most dangerous and sometime most frustrating part to separate from the main body. This one is secure, but it’s easy to lift off from the juicer motor. For the price, I’m happy. I just have to work with it more to understand it’s peculiarities. I’d recommend this juicer, but I’d also counsel, “Keep an open mind,” when learning its ways, and don’t give up.

I’ve had this juicer for 3.5 years and it has served me well! Just hope I can get a new cutting basket 🤞 Very quick with a large enough capacity to do mixes right in the juicer, moderate on efficiency being it doesn’t extract as much as a true juicer but gets the job done when I’m in a hurry with simple clean up. I highly recommend this unit for efficiency vs. cost

UPDATE: Right after I posted my original review the company reached out to me. They said no piece of plastic should have broken off and that it must have been a defective product. They offered to replace the entire juicer. This company has amazing customer service and I’ll definitely buy from them again.

You probably can’t get a better juicer for the price. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because a piece of plastic broke off the lid the second day I used this. Nothing bad happened and it still works perfectly, but had that piece gone into the blade… it would have been bad. Otherwise this is an excellent juicer. It’s really easy to use and if you wash the pieces right away clean up is fast. As soon as I’m done juicing I put all the pieces in a dish full of soapy water so nothing gets stuck. Once I have a few minutes to wash, everything comes right off. I also put a plastic bag in the pulp bin to make clean up even easier. The blade is the only tricky part to clean but a really great brush is included in the box so that helps a lot. Overall I’d definitely recommend this juicer if you’re looking for a good bang for your buck. I’ve used it almost every day since I’ve had it and I have no complaints other than the plastic piece breaking off.

I bought 2 of these juicers. Gave one away for a Christmas present since I loved it soo much.. very easy to use. It also washes up very easy with no problems. Does what it’s suppose to do. Highly recommend it.
