I have always used Tefal, used it as it was meant to be used so when it was time to renew pans, after extensive reading I returned to Tefal… If Jamie Oliver uses them and he isn’t the softest with his utensils then they will survive me I love how the red dot truelly means pan is hot to start searing your meats, yes they are heavy but not to heavy for me. Cleaning with wet wipe and dish soap works brilliantly. Do be aware that pan stays hot for a long time and don’t store the COLD pan without protection in between.

oui! j’ai essayé plein de poêle et ce n’est pas parce que l’on y met le prix que l’objet est de qualité. Avec Tefal, il y a à la fois la qualité et un coût raisonnable. La poêle est très résistante, rien n’y adhère, rapide à nettoyer en un coup d’éponge surtout sans frotter, on est tranquille avec, et en plus, elle a un super look. BRAVO!!!

Ich bin absolut begeistert von dem Jamie Oliver by Tefal Cook’s Direct On Pfannen-Set. Diese Pfannen haben meine Kocherfahrung auf eine völlig neue Ebene gehoben. Hier sind einige Gründe, warum ich dieses Set liebe:
Langlebige Antihaftbeschichtung: Die Antihaftbeschichtung mit Titanium-Partikeln ist wirklich beeindruckend. Nicht nur hält sie lange, sondern sie ist auch stoßsicher, was sie besonders robust macht. Und das Beste daran? Reinigung wird zum Kinderspiel!
Temperaturanzeiger: Die Thermo-Signal-Technologie ist ein Geniestreich. Es war noch nie so einfach, die perfekte Brattemperatur zu erreichen. Sobald die Sanduhr verschwindet, weiß ich, dass meine Pfanne bereit ist für perfekte Ergebnisse.
Vielseitigkeit: Egal ob Gas-, Elektro- oder Induktionsherd – diese Pfannen sind für alles gerüstet. Ihre Herdkompatibilität macht sie zu einem unverzichtbaren Küchenwerkzeug für jeden Koch.

If you follow the directions and treat the pans before the first use, you don’t need to use much if any oil at all while cooking. And nothing sticks. There’s a little hourglass in the pan that shows you when it’s hot enough and ready to add food to cook.
They cook evenly and thoroughly.
Clean up is a breeze… You only use the soft sponge to wipe clean with soap and water… never the scratchy side. (Only on the bottom if need be). These are the best pans I have, and I hope to get more of them, different types !! I highly recommend these…

Son unas buenas sartenes, pesadas pero resistentes. Si las usas bien no se pega nada, se limpian bien y al ser de acero el exterior, le puedes dar con el estropajo de aluminio y quedan perfectas. El interior se limpia perfecto con una esponjita para no maltratarlo. Y que tenga el indicador para saber cuando alcanzó la temperatura óptima es todo un plus.
