These are my dream pots and pans. They cook fast,NOTHING sticks to them, cleaning them is a breeze, and I felt like if I were a professional in my kitchen. You can go from the most complicated and elaborated sauce to the simple omelet and with very little oil or butter you get fabulous results. These are perfect for those inexperienced chefs that “burn the water”… I got mine, and I am planning to add a few pieces to it,and give one as present to my daughter in law. They are not expensive, give you professional results, easy care and great looks. What is not to love in them?…If you do not have them.

Love how these pots look and function. Nice heavier weight coupled with ease of non-stick. Great that you can also put in oven at most temperatures.

I have had this set for about a month and have had a chance to use them enough to have an opinion. They are well balanced and perform well, especially the sauce pans and stock pot. The 8 quart stock pot is large enough for a family of 4-6. Cuisinart advertises you can use metal utensils, but when you read their recommended use card, it says metal utensil will scratch the surface. That is a misleading marketing gimmick in my opinion.
My main complaint with the Cuisinart cookware is they heat up very quickly due to the thin 3 mm thickness. The fry pans are the weakest items of the set. After side-by-side comparisons against Emeril’s All-Clad Hard Anodized, I much prefer the Emeril brand. The Emeril pans are 5 mm thick and seem to cook more evenly and are not near as temper-mental as the Cuisinarts.
For not much more money, I would look at the higher quality Emeril Hard Anodized set; and sorry Amazon, the best deals for Emerilware are using one of those 20% off coupons at Bed Bath and Beyond or Linens N Things.

Cuisinart 66-7 Chef’s Classic Set is like the name implies, a true “classic” set and has been around for decades. The set still cooks and cleans as promised by Cuisinart; however, in my opinion, the non-stick coating is much thinner than the pots and pans from several years ago. I spoke directly with Cuisinart about an issue regarding the stock pot. It was chipping in less an 30 days after purchase. The customer service representative promised to follow up and replace the stock pot. It’s been several months and nothing has been resolved. So, the Cuisinart 66-7 Chef’s Classic Set is still decent but not the same quality.

I purchased these as a gift for a family friend who has been using cast iron cookware for the last 40 years. She needed cookware that could be used on the stove or in the oven, but was lighter and easier to handle due to her arthritis, and easy to clean. This fits the bill.
After just a few days of use, she is raving about this cookware. Exact phrase was “Thank you for the best Christmas in 40 years.”
Its not the most expensive cookware, and its certainly not a replacement for seasoned cast iron, but its light, cooks well, and does the job.

I do love this set, I just wish there was a sauce pan between the 8 quart and 3 quart. I really would have liked a 5 quart instead of the 8 quart.. Its just so big.

I am pleased with my purchase.
So far it has lived up to my expectations.

I’ve only had these for a short time but I have tried them all and I’m super impressed! Especially for the price!! Fabulous! I made a cheese sauce in the small pan and when I stirred it it pulled away from the pan like dough does! Then I put the sauce in the larger pan with noodles and put the whole thing in the oven to bake mac-n-cheese. Came out perfect and the mac fell right out! I just wiped the pans clean no problem! I’m a huge fan of cooking on the stove then popping the pan straight into the oven and soo many pans can’t do that! The only thing I can think of I’d improve is I’d put a vent hole in the lids. These don’t have that, but no worries cause they are wonderful in all other ways! I also scrambled an egg in the fry pan with NO oil or butter… didn’t stick! Can you believe it!?! Nice. They held up to refried beans too…crusty beans wiped right away!!

Great value for the money. Set arrived well packaged and it feels very high quality. Heat distribution is better than other pans I’ve had, including OXO’s. I’ve only had it a month but everything is as good as I’ve ever had in a non-stick set. I also appreciate that it has a lot of the basics and not 25 pieces with too many duplicates. It’s a great small apartment set that you might want to supplement with a stainless steel or cast iron piece. Highly recommended by someone who cooks every day.

I have purchased three sets of the 7 piece cookware set after haven’t bought a 12-inch skillet I like the fact that they are teflon infused with titanium. One for myself and two as Christmas gifts so far this it’s the best cookware set I have ever owned. Even though it says you can use metal utensils on this cookware I would not recommend this on any kind of regular basis I did with the 10-inch skillet and I do regret this due to the fact that the codeine have flaked after 2 years of constant use. The other pieces in this set I have not used metal utensils on and they are still in good condition. I have learned my lesson and I’m going to replace the 10-inch skillet but will not be using metal utensils on it. Even though it says that you can use this sat in the oven at 500 degrees my neighbor recommend that you do not go over 400 degrees also the lid for the stock pot also fits the 10-inch skillet. Other then the 10-inch skillet this set of cookware has lasted longer then any other that I have owned. Other non-stick cookware that I have owned never lasted more than six months to one year. My neighbor and I definitely recommend the Cuisinart cookware.
