I haven’t used this yet as a charcuterie board but I’m happy with the way it looks. It looks large enough to put assorted cheeses, grapes and a few ramekins filled with fig spread, olives, etc.

It’s great for watermelon cause it has a grooves to catch the juices and it works awesome for charcuterie board with the little trays for olives and nuts. Very sturdy. Great value.

After reading how we are ingesting plastic with use of plastic cutting boards and plastic storage, I decided to go back to wood. It is true to size and good for even large items like water melon. Just not used to the weight of wood after years of plastic.

I bought this board to replace a 1/2″ thick bamboo board that broke apart after less than a year. This one is much thicker at 3/4 inch and I’m hoping my kitchen cleaver doesn’t break it like that last one did. So far it looks and has performed great, but I’ll update if it splits like the other board did.
