It’s not the sturdiest thing in the world but it works great. I’ve used it to keep pulled pork warm. The only complaint I have is that the pans can be a bit difficult to clean. Stuff kind of sticks to the bottom and cooks as well. I think I like the water bath versions a bit more because they just keep the food warm, and moist. I’m still playing around with it and I’m sure there is user error I could correct. Overall a pretty solid product that I will definitely use a lot.

I have had this warming tray for over half a year now and can say it is so worth the money. It has great features, like lid holders that keep the correct lids above the correct set of food, and has now been used for several parties and is still going strong. It’s easy to clean and easy to use. It doesn’t burn the food and just keeps things nice and warm. If you’re looking for a good tray, this one fits the bill.

I am totally in love with this product! As you can see in my photo, (far left) I used it as a warmer for my ham and cheese sliders. You can adjust the temperature to your need. But then you could also use it as a chafing dish for two foods at the same time. I haven’t seen anything exactly like this before, and I am thrilled to have it.

I used the 3 warming sections for previously cooked potatoes, green beans, and ham. It was placed on top of my counter. However, this warming tray destroyed my counter. We were careful to read Important Safeguards section and paid close attention to #20 which reads “during use, provide 4 to 6 inch airspace above, behind, and on both sides for the air circulation. Do not use on surfaces where heat may cause a problem.”
In the past. I have put hot pans right out of the oven onto my countertop, without any issues. In the past, I used the toaster, electric frying pan, and crockpot, to actually cook in, on top of my counter, and never had an issue.
This design needs to improve.
There is no airspace underneath it.
By using approximately 2 to 3 inch spacers/legs on the bottom, one at each of the corners, to lift it off the surface, would have avoided the issue I now have to deal with-which will be more costly than 4 spacers or legs. My countertop is ruined and will need replaced. It is impossible to cut out the ruined section (about 2 feet x 2 feet) and repair or replace that section of my resin countertop. As you can see in the picture above, my countertop swelled up and split. It is no longer a flat surface where the warming tray sat.

I liked everything about this. The temperature was hot but not too hot to overheat the food, I love that lids have a hook to stand on while guest was sharing their food, the quality was good as well. The appearance was good, looked fancy on my kitchen island, the fit was perfect because it didn’t take up a lot of space and most of all I love how versatile it was, you can remove the pans and just have the flat bottom piece to put your food on directly and it still won’t overheat your food. And the pans were deep enough, it holds the perfect amount. I fed about 10 people, so it held enough food.

The warmers heat up fast and keep the food warm. The system is stylish and professional. Clean up was easy and the whole system stores easily in a standard kitchen drawer.
Another use for the warmer minus the containers is to use is to make chocolate bombs. The surface of the warming plate is warm enough to melt chocolate and stays a consistent temperature. So no warming plates to make chocolate bombs.
