I wanted a good way to keep my food warm for graduation and this is an affordable solution. Easy to clean as these stainless steel chafing dishes are dishwasher safe. yay! Makes life easier. It’s a warming tray or a buffet server.
This is actually versatile as you can use other dishes in the warming plate. The electric unit heats from 122 degrees to a little over 300 degrees to keep food on the safe zone.
It’s looks professional without looking industrial or too “back of the house.” There is a nice storage bag to keep it dust free.
The stay cool handles are good but my favorite part is the lid area. The lids are transparent and have a utensil slot.
We served pulled pork, buns and hot mac and cheese – because that’s why my daughter wanted. Add some cold salads and a cake, and it was a party!
