Very happy with the unit, it is a very attractive addition to your serving area. Your food stays nice warm and with the water vapour from the base tray your food stays nice and moist for hours.

This unit constantly needs to be turned on and pushed into its back further etc. The electrical plate is faulty and I am going to have to get a new plate. We used it 4 times in total and bought it for a business to operate all summer. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! No return product!

Control looks cheap,it is scratched and the glass is chipped on the corner,it has a different handle and no knob on top of glass ,and legs are different.It does work so far. ,but there were no instructions on how much water to put in,Very disappointed.I feel like I was given a used one for the price of a new one.
