I love this cutting board with the plastic inserts. I wanted a bamboo board to set on the counter next my air fryer and stove/oven. This allows me to place a hot pan or the air frier basket on the bamboo. Love the large flexible cutting boards. They fit on the top of the bamboo board, I prefer to use them on the countertop. Wonderful purchase.

This purchase is better than I expected.
The cutting mats slide easily into the cutting board for storage, and provide a smooth cutting surface.
The board is thick enough so I expect it will hold up well.

This is a great product, works exactly as advertised. It’s clever and has made mise en place so much easier. The wooden part is sturdy and does not slip around on my counter. I used to use just the plastic cutting inserts previously, but that board slipped around everywhere and never really gripped on my counter. This product is a great solution to that. Plus, you can just leave it on your counter when you’re not using it, and it looks professional and sleek. And because you’re cutting on the plastic inserts, the board is very easy to keep clean. The one thing that occurred to me after a few weeks of use is that it’s not easy to cut multiple things simultaneously–but I just bought a second board to make up for that!

I am so pleased with this purchase! The cutting board is beautiful and I love the feature of hiding the cutting mats underneath. We put some food grade mineral on the wood to help protect it, but the mats fit perfectly and there was barely a knife mark at all on the hard plastic mats. They cleaned up super easy and it’s so organized with each one having a picture of what to use it for and color coded. Would HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Loving it!! ❤️

Really smart idea for a compact “set” of cutting boards. Separate cutting mats for chicken, beef, seafood, veggies, fruit and bread. I also like the grippy pads on the bottom of the board keep it from sliding on granite countertops.

I love this cutting board, it has a great weight, sturdy, and the plastic mats are very convenient. Great item to add to any kitchen. I’d recommend them for sure! The only thing I found a bit weird was I was not able to add the warranty to this item. Even though a card in the box tells you to signup for the warranty within 7 days of the item being delivered, when you go to the site, this is listed as the ONLY item that the warranty can NOT be added on. Might not seem like a big deal but one of the selling points for me was seeing the warranty offering 3 years of cutting boards. TBH the first time I used it (same day I received it), one of the plastic boards got a pretty deep cut into it (I was cutting cooked salmon for reference, not like there was much force) which I found odd, but didn’t mind because of the warranty. I learned then that this product apparently does not have one(at least that I have been able to find). Just a bit weird to me and a bit disappointed there because it was a more expensive cutting board so for me those things do matter, but maybe I just didn’t read close enough. Just a FIY for anyone if having a warranty with 3 years of cutting boards was a selling point. Again, the product itself functions great and I still use it daily with no issues aside from that one plastic board.

Not only does this cutting board look nice and clean in our kitchen but the best part of this product are the cutting ‘sheets’ that come with it, and are stored inside. They come in an array of colors and are labeled for what you should/could use it for…like one sheet is for beef, another for fish, bread, veggies, etc.. What’s great about these sheets, which would be better described as a thicker, but bendable plastic, which allows you to chop everything, and then just slightly bend the sheet and all the food slides right into your pot or pan, without spilling and making a mess. A cutting board might not be the sexiest item in the kitchen, but it definitely has made prepping and cooking meals for my family much more enjoyable for me. 100% recommended.

It replaced the cupboard full of random cutting boards.
The inserts store nicely inside of the board and fit in the top groove perfectly. So far they seem well made, we’ve washed a couple in the dishwasher and they haven’t really warped or anything.
Overall this is a great cutting board setup, the mats also work on their own if you don’t feel like pulling the entire thing out for a quick slice up!

Love the bamboo wood. We leave it uncovered until we use it.
If you have never tried the flex cutting boards, now is the time.
I bought this after we purchased a marble countertop with a design texture we really don’t care for that much.
This was the first time we had ever used flexible cutting boards. We love the fact that we can just continuously cook without having to clean because when we use one board and it gets dirty, and we need it for something else, we simply, pull out another cutting board and we’re ready to go with a clean cutting board.
This is a fantastic design. And it does not slide around. If you need to reposition it, you have to pick it up.
It doesn’t move or slide a bit when you use it.

Needed to replace four old wood cutting boards from the 1970s and this cutting board with inserted cutting board mats is perfect. Looks good and saves so much space. Much easier to clean too as long as guest cooks are reminded to use the mats instead of the bamboo surface. Will be checking what else Cooler Kitchen has in stock.
