Great microwave, heats up your food pretty quick, and it’s very quiet. It’s capacity is good, was able to fit a large bowl of soup to heat up. The buttons are smooth, and you don’t have to press hard on them, like the other one I had. Great microwave, I recommend it.

Bought 4/24. So far it is good. Door is not level with the body of the microwave. But it seals tightly. Black and Decker is not what it used to be unfortunately.

This was purchased in March 2024 Today July 2024 it started sparking. The black and decker 800 number hangs up on you after five minutes in the que. Amazon has the wrong information for the manifacture link for help it routes me to a website in India for health care and the ! 800 number they have routes you to the international christians and jew line? So I guess I wont be recieving any help with this defective product that can burn my house dow.
