Love that there are three pans and two complete sets! I put it together myself in about twenty minutes. Really was not a problem. So glad I finally broke down and got it! ❤️

Very sturdy materials. Keeps food warm and provides a nice and attractive means for serving food, especially when self-serving. I’m glad I made this purchase and would definitely buy again. Only problem I had was that the trays sometimes become difficult to separate from each other after storage, but not a major problem.

I love that this folds up. I wish there was a hole or depression where the flame cans go. I worry they could easily move. But they work great and great quality

This set had a slip up. It came with only 1 handle. I looked for a replacement online but was unsuccessful. It seem like I have to change both handles.

I got them for a function but was unable to use one and made the food line deficient.

      Otherwise, pretty decent quality.

We used the pans for our annual holiday party and they worked wonderfully. Kept the food warm and could hold all the different foods without having to refill them

satisfied with my purchase. It was sturdy and easy to clean. The only con is that pans were too light weighted. just wished the food and water pans were a bit more heavy in durability.

This is a provisional review, since we only received these chafing dishes today and haven’t used them yet. They’re attractive, appear to be reasonably sturdy, stable, and well-designed, despite some quality control issues, described below. And they’re decent value for money. On those counts, they probably deserve 4 stars. But–Unpacking and assembling them was NOT easy. We think our experience may be helpful to other buyers. First, the chafing dishes arrived with the pans and fuel trays nested. A helpful crowbar was provided to help get these apart. Separating the pans was easy, but it was very difficult to separate the two fuel trays. Next, you unfold the legs of the stand. The instructions include a mysterious picture which turns out to be a warning not to unfold them the wrong way, an unlikely mistake. Next, attach the fuel tray. The instructions simply say, “put the fuel tray on the stand and snap it in place”. It’s not obvious how to do this, but we finally figured it out. The fuel tray has two punch-outs at each end that make hooks at the bottom of the tray. Slide the hooks on one end onto the cross-bar between the legs, then push the tray from the other end until it moves far enough to let you snap the hooks onto the crossbar at that end. It looks impossible, but it’s easy–unless one of punch-outs hasn’t been punched out enough to make a hook that will snap on. That was the case with one of our chafing dishes. It was easily corrected by using a screwdriver to pry the hook wider. And then the real fun: attaching the handle. It’s in two pieces, which fit together on top of the lid, fastened together and to the lid by two short screws from underneath. We found it nearly impossible to hold everything together so that the two small holes at each end of the handle lined up with each other and with the small holes in the lid–and they have to line up perfectly, because otherwise the screws go in crooked, making the handle fit crookedly on the upper side of the lid. We finally solved the problem by using a couple of small rubber bands to attach the two handle pieces to each other, and were then able to match up those holes with the holes in the lid. It was still necessary to be very careful to make sure the screws went in straight. And of course, to cut the rubber bands away and pull them off before tightening the screws up all the way! Finally, the lids of the fuel holders rotate very easily, almost too easily–but one was riveted so tightly that it would hardly move at all. We managed to loosen it adequately by turning it back and forth several times. So–good chafing dishes, we think, but it’s absurd that something so simple should be so difficult to assemble. Imacone needs to do some work on its handle design, quality control and instructions.
