I wanted to wait awhile before I gave my review of the Chefman Air Fryer. I have it now one month and am enjoying it quite a bit. Lots of use! My adult daughter is staying temporarily and loving it as well. We are the main users. I love that it’s roomy and QUIET! LOL The basket interior is quite roomy for at least a FIVE POUND Whole Chicken! Spacious enough for a tasty 5-6 lb Beef or Pork Roast. You can place about 10-12 whole wings in there at a time. Grilled Cheese, etc, etc. To go with this Fryer, I would suggest and recommend the “Elctbras 4 Pack Air Fryer Silicone Liners Reusable Round Insert, Food Grade Silicone Liners for AirFryers up to 8 quart.” – they also can be used in microwave. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND these as they come in very handy to place in your Air Fryer and help keep it a bit cleaner, longer. For instance, with these Silicone liners, they are placed right in your fryer. You can place fries, whole potatoes, cut bagels/English muffins, and all sorts of foods. They are round, absolutely reusable to and hand and machine washable). They dry very fast then ready to use again. THEY CONE IN A SET OF FOUR for around $20.00, maybe a bit less depending when purchased. Of course you can use your Air Fryer as well without the liners whenever you desire; they are just a little helpful addition. If you’re toasting/Air frying your bagel, muffin, etc. in the fryer, I place it in the Silicone liner. Only a few crumbs remain and get shaken clean till next time. If Air frying a meal of sorts, you can place directly in your Non-stick air fryer as well. Cook as desired. The basket is very easy to clean. You can hand wash in very warm to hot water with a liquid detergent like Dawn. If need be, lightly brush with a dish brush, then rinse and drip dry. A quick wipe and place back in the unit. Or place in your dishwasher. Rest of Air Fryer gets a wipe with soft cloth. Overall,

It’s a godsend. Life is so much better with an air fryer. It’s spacious and pretty efficient. Easy to clean in dishwasher.
The only thing I wish it has was the option to turn on/off the internal light manually. Sometimes I cook for unknown duration so I want keep track if cooking progress for which I need light. However, the light only comes on by itself briefly and then goes back to off. This keeps happening automatically and I wish I could control the light manually.

This is a substantial air fryer that does a good job at cooking WITHOUT all of the confusing and complicated buttons and doo dads. We were able to start cooking in minutes and enjoying some nice dishes. It’s not as fast as microwave, but the food is much more crispy and “prepared” for serving, rather than just being hot enough to eat. Advice: Check out some YouTube videos of people cooking with it and other air fryers to get some understanding of what others have found in their experiences.
I would recommend this quiet, efficient and great looking piece of equipment to everyone. Even someone who will still be working their oven to death can still find uses for this appliance for those bid Thanksgiving dinners or just a batch of French Fries or Onion Rings for watching the big game on TV!

I have become very dependent on an air fryer since first trying it a couple years ago….my last air fryer was nearing the end and I started searching for one that didn’t list the PFE exposure potential. Enter Chefman – I got the 8-qt size although I live alone because sometimes I want to fix a larger portion and this works beautifully! This fryer is very quiet, quick set up and looks great on the counter. There’s nothing tastier and crispier than air fried foods. Literally use just about daily. Egg bites in here…so yum 😋

I truly love this air fryer, I purchased my sister 2, upgrading hers from a smaller to a larger one, she uses it, constantly, and loves it. I did quite a bit of looking before buying the air fryer for her and liked everything about it, recently my monogram oven created a huge problem for me just by putting it on the self-clean cycle. It caused a lot of smoke damage on at least three floors of my house caught fire leaving me with a huge cleanup, and nightmare, I wouldn’t dare have it fixed, so I was left without an oven due to the fact they stopped making the one I had, it’s not easy matching a convection monogram microwave with a new one now I have to find something to match my almost new microwave which is proving difficult hence I decided to buy a large capacity Chefman for myself knowing how well it performed for my sister, I must say I love the speed the ease of use and the aesthetics it’s serving its purpose well until I find something to match my microwave sadly it will be another overpriced monogram a different style, it’s the closet I’ll get to matching my microwave, the new one I have in mind has a built-in air fryer, but I know when I love something I love it, and the large capacity Chefman will dominate in my situation. If you want a good air fryer go with this one, I was fortunate to get it on sale given the facts of my situation do not hesitate to buy it, it works just as well if not better than almost all other name-brand air fryers.
Spatial Anomaly –
Never heard of this brand so it felt a bit risky but this air fryer has been a great addition to the kitchen. It replaced an older “oven door” style unit that was impossible to clean. This one, the whole drawer comes out and goes right into the suds. Piece of cake. The display is easy to use and set time and temp. When you pull the drawer open during operation it pauses the clock and heat automatically. Really I love it. Made some killer potato wedges and wings in it.
The one annoyance is the vented tray that goes into the drawer that you put the food on is fitted with these rubbery pieces to hold it in place. They can come off real easy and fall down your drain when washing. On the one hand, good that they come off so you can wash out any stuck food particles. On the other hand if you don’t notice one missing, it might be gone or chewed up in your garbage disposal.

I had a cheaper, no name brand I ordered last year on Amazon that looked similar to this one but randomly stopped working after 11 months. I got this one recently and it works soooo much better. It’s faster and food comes out delicious and crispy to your liking. I use it to make hash browns from Trader Joe’s, just place them in frozen, air fry at 400 degrees for 10 minutes, flip halfway through and they come out perfect!! Perfect crispy golden edges, taste just like the ones from McDonald’s!
