Bought this to replace an old smaller one. The square container adds so much to the available cooking space. Adjusting to the digital interface as the old one was not. Cooking is a learning process in the beginning but once adjusted the air fryer is a breeze. Can’t say enough about the square pan- so much more room. I wanted to increase size and am so glad I went with this one. Originally wanted a something to fit in a cabinet but dimensions were off. This does fit nicely into a countertop corner and the textured black finish does not show fingerprints or dust. Also the paper liners are just wonderful, makes clean up a breeze!!

I love having an air fryer, it’s easy, convenient and fast cooking times. This one is the perfect size for my husband and I. The only issue we have is the handle release. You’ll see in the photo a little clear piece of plastic. You push that to open it but it’s not very easy to open. It feels like it’s going to break and it’s hard to open. This brand was recalled but not this model. We unplug it after use anyway.

Using in Vacation Home currently.. Will bring Home and see how well it integrates with Alex .. easy to use once you get use to… Good Value if it lasts

Bought one last September, and suddenly it was sounding cranky. This unit is more quiet than other air fryers I have used, so it was a surprise. I emailed their Support line to tell them of the issue. They got back to me VERY quickly, and they resolved the problem by sending a replacement. They requested a video showing the issue, no haggling or begging for in-warranty replacement.

I have only had this level of customer service once before in my online purchasing history. I am seriously impressed!

We had a smaller Cosori air fryer and loved it, but had to cook our food for 2 in two batches. This larger Cosori makes it easy to cook an entire meal all at once!

Waited a long time to buy one of these, this one came recommended and I’m glad I bought it. Cooks steaks perfectly every time, but DO purchase the siliconized paper liners, they make clean up a snap.. Not so much without them, but am very impressed with this unit.. It is a little noisy, but as a trade off of ease of use and easy to clean, I’m good with listening to it for 6 minutes, which is average cook time for most things

I had the first gen model of this air fryer and loved it. It just died a few days ago after hard daily use. I’m an older disabled man and these are a lifesaver. They make cooking almost anything a breeze, and the food is healthier and so delicious. It was still under warranty I have a few days until it expires and I’m disappointed that it only lasted just under 2 years but I don’t have the original packaging to return it to Cosori under the warranty agreement and it’s difficult for me to do that because of my health problems, so I just went ahead and ordered another one because I loved the original one so much. This one is new so I can’t give a long term report yet but I will update that after a period of time has passed. The basket on this one doesn’t want to come out easily like the old one, I could simply pull it out one handed, This one, I have to use one hand to hold on to the front to pull it out because it is stuck. Maybe that will loosen up after it wears in hopefully. Other than that, it is identical to the gen one other than a gray handle on the basket and a couple of upgrades they said were made to this model that you can’t see.

I have used this product a lot since I received it. I don’t know how I lived without it for so long! It has a great manual, it’s very simple to use and very easy to clean. I would definitely recommend this product!

I like it, but in retrospect, I wish I hadn’t paid for all the presets.

I don’t use them. Most of the products I bought to try it out on, never having owned an air fryer before, included cooking directions for air fryers. I tried one preset, but ended up having to ad more time, so… why bother? Most everything I cook in it is cooked between 350 and 380, and I cook in 6 to 7 minute intervals.

Unless I’m reheating fries or something.

Clean-up is pretty easy. I keep a soft bristle brush at the sink, so a quick squirt of an unnamed dishwashing liquid that one might use when the Sun first rises, a little hot water, and air dry on the countertop. The basket release is actually a much more effective design than I initially thought, and really helps with cleanup.

Minus 1 star for pointless presets.
