We’ve had these pans for a year now. We’ve only ever hand washed these pans and have never used metal utensils. In fact, the coating still looks pretty decent. That being said, the “non-stick” quality was always lacking and is now virtually nonexistent. Even spraying cooking spray doesn’t help. We have to use a lot of actual oil to have a chance of things not sticking. Overall, not gonna be the pans I buy next time.

Set seems nice and we replaced a nice tfal set to try and get away from the Teflon. My only complaint is one of the pans came damaged with a pretty good gouge in the pan.

First thing NEVER use Cooking Spray or EXTRA Virgin Olive Oil because they easily carbonize in your pan or pot very quickly when it is heated. The ingredients used in cooking spray are to harsh for the ceramic coating.
Now on with my review:
Before purchasing this set of cookwear I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews for different ceramic cookweare.
I selected this set of cookware taking in consideration some of the negative reviews in which I believe people did not take the time to read the do’s & don’ts. I also went online and read what kind of oils could be used and not used.
Do not use anything abrasive to clean this cookwear. If you have stuck on food soak the pan or pot in warm soapy water for as long as needed.
There is no need to add a lot of butter or oil to the pan or pot. Believe it or not your food will cook & brown evenly.
Adding a little butter or oil helps the food not to stick and keeps a protective coating between the food & cookware.
Use only silicone or plastic utensils that can be safely used on your ceramic cookware.
Do Not stack your pan & pots inside one another without putting something between them or they will get scratched.
Do Not use high heat with this cookwear because the heat is evenly distributed through out the pan or pot & you only need to be using med to med-high heat.
I for the most part use medium heat.
Do not deep fry anything in these pans or pots because you will ruin the coating. If you need to fry food use a different type of pan or pot.
Now to my review. I got side tracked a little but felt that I had to write the do’s & don’ts first.
The cookwear was nicely packaged. I wasn’t sure if I was going to keep this cookwear because my previous set were heavier, non stick Paula Dean Cookwear.
The first thing that I used was the pot to cook red sauce in and was worried that the red sauce would stain the coating. To my surprise it did not stain it. Cleanup was so easy.
I have cooked boneless, skinless chicken breast with very little oil and was very surprised of how nicely, evenly it cooked and browned.
I cooked four eggs in one of the pans and wanted the yolks cooked all the way. I put a lid on the pan and when I took the lid off a few minutes later the yolks were cooked all the way through. The egg white wasn’t even burnt on the edges.
Cooking rice is great, easy cooks in no time.
Cleaning this cookware is so easy and nice to do.
I always wash my pan & pots with dish & warm water.
Never use harsh abrasives, pads or sponges.
I believe this cookware is wwll worth the money.
If you take care of them properly, they will last. You for quite sometime.

I’ve had this set for a little over two years and really liked it to begin with. However with a couple of cooking errors we slowly but surely ruined it and are now replacing it with stainless steel All-clad.
The non stick surface is really nice at first. However over time it starts to wear, even with only using silicone utensils and never scrubbing the surface. It doesn’t wear the same as a black non-stick pan with coating flaking off but the enamel starts to get slightly discolored and gets sticky over time.
The major time the pans get ruined is if you burn something in them. I burned rice in both pots by accident (forgot to set a timer, totally my fault nothing to do with the pans) and they were irreversibly damaged. I couldn’t get the rice off the bottom and now the enamel is permanently blacked and slightly burnt tasting. Same thing happened to the frying pan when my husband burned something.
Overall it’s ok for the money but if you’re looking for something long term, this isn’t it. I’m beginning to think stainless steel is the only way to go and all non stick is hopeless for durability.

BEAUTIFUL set ! high quality at amazing price. Not Teflon, but healthy for my family -ceramic non stick. *In the last 18 months this is the best product I have purchased from Amazon , hands down.* Glass lids for ALL pans with Cuisinart logo etched on each. Pans are of unique, exactly right sizes for cooking needs w/ handles designed so well, even has steamer similar to double broiler pan. As opened this box ( The packaging is WOW) just happily shocked ,thinking as reached and unwrapped another item ,”Still more?” REALLY! Should have seen the smile on my husband’s face as watching my reaction. So many items at sizes that make sense for a busy home. Versatile for oven, gas or electric stove top. I place in my frig & do not worry about unhealthy non stick coatings. If replacing cookware -this set would do it ALL- no additions needed. I like to display this set (its very classy) and now cook with complete confidence. Yes, would make a great gift. The workmanship is outstanding, pans cook everything so well. Cleans up so easily. Note ..do not soak these overnight though, just cleanup right away. Mine still look brand new after 18 months of daily use! …just so happy with this can’t write enough even over a year later.
