I received these pots almost 2 weeks ago. I purchased then because the old pots I had the handles got hot. The frying pan handles do stay cool, but not the large stock pot. I do wish the shallow frying pans were a little bigger but overall, not a bad set.

So far I am amazed at the quality of the cookware. The pans are very well made, appear and feel durable and elegant looking at the same time. Cooking has been great and appear to heat evenly. Cleaning has been very easy and the pans are of a good consistency but not extremely heavy. Overall I am happy with my purchase and will highly recommend!!!

I love my induction cooktop but not the fact that only flat bottom stainless cookware would work on it. I was so happy to finally find non stick cookware for induction from Cuisinart. It is a very well made set for a reasonable price. It works perfectly on my induction cooktop.

I did a lot of reading up on different cookware sets and their features before deciding on this Cuisinart set. As soon as I got it I gave away my old pots and pans and wish I hadn’t. The Cuisinart cookware is really heavy which I guess is good because it’s durable and retains the heat. However, the larger pots/skillets are hard to lift with one hand when you want to drain them. Also, the feature I do not like at all is the slightly raised center of the skillets. The food is not level inside and tends to go the edges. I have no idea why it was designed like that. The directions say don’t use the pots on high setting on burner. What? This makes no sense to me. You absolutely need to turn the burner to high at times. In the end I wish I hadn’t gotten this set and had gone for the Calphalon instead.

OMGOODNESS! I have looked high and low for quality cookware and I found it with this set!!! I spent weeks researching for the perfect set that would work best for me and here it is! I was looking for the shape of the surface of the cookware, I was looking for the metal it was made of, I was looking for whether or not I was able to use it in the oven and the stove top. I was looking for non-stick, easy to clean, not prone to warping, even heating surface, etc. This set hit all my qualifications I was needing. I cannot tell you how GREAT this set is, words cannot describe it. I am sooooooo happy and excited that I finally, after 45 years of buying, have found the PERFECT set of cookware.

The set is gorgeous, clean-up is easy and the assortment you get is perfect for most needs.
I cook quite a bit and tend to use the smaller fry pan most. About 6 months ago I noticed the finish wearing off, and now the non-stick has completely worn away in areas of the pan making clean-up more of a chore then the pots and pans fully intact.
Its a beautiful set- for the money I was generally satisfied, but my most used pan is no longer going to cut it. For a pan to last just over 2 years isnt really acceptable.

UPDATE: After a good period of use I am changing my review from 5 stars to 1 star. Although we have never used metal utensils on these pans, the center of several of them is peeling off. The concave design makes frying something in oil or braising tough as the liquid runs to the side and the food burns. After contacting customer service they were of no help made me feel like I had done something wrong by requesting a new pan. While they work well for induction, they are not well thought out. No response from reps on what coats these pans or its safety…
Lighter in weight that you’d expect but not cheap or flimsy in any way. Stainless steel bottom works well with the induction burners and has great heat distribution. Eggs fry well, water boils fast, pots keep consistent temperature for stewing, braising and frying. No Complaints!

I purchased this pot set a little over 2 years ago and I still use them til this day. They were worth every penny in my opinion.

Love my set! So non stick and easy to clean. Most times if I scramble eggs I can just take a paper towel and wipe out! Very sturdy. I would not put in the dishwasher though. It leaves a haze on them. But it does co e off after you wet them again. So a plus. Cooks evenly! Great product!
