Excellent quality for the price. First use of the small fry pan, eggs stuck to the pan (pan heats up extremely fast), but after I seasoned it and used it, the non-stick worked perfectly after that. Love that it can go in the dishwasher — these were for a vacation home used by friends and extended family and I can’t control how others use/wash these pots. Comments about the seam in the lid — really not an issue in terms of function. The sauce pans are smallish, so they don’t replace the need for large skillet and large stock pot.

I was on the market for new cookware. After 12 years I thought it’s time. Good cookware is hard to come by. I originally started slow, and got a few pieces of Cuisinart cookware at a different store. I was immediately impressed. I came by this great deal bc of course I had to have a whole set new set. So I ordered one for myself, and one as a housewarming gift for my niece. My sister in law who came to visit loved it so much, that I gifted her the Cuisinart 17 piece set. She also needed a set of good and durable cookware. She got rid of all her other old pots, and pans. We are all now cuisinart cookware family. Lol. I would gladly buy them again. Please do not put in the dishwasher or put hot pot/pans in the sink. The dishwasher changes the color and the hot pan in the sink will warp them out. They’re easy to clean with dishwashing soap and a sponge. ❤️

This set of pots and pans replaced a Calphalon set I had that wore out pretty quickly. I love that they are dishwasher safe. You can also bake in them up to 500 degrees (350 degrees for the lids) which makes them very versatile. My frittatas have come out perfect! The finish is beautiful and classy. The instructions say you can use metal utensils on these pans but I have no intention of doing that so I cant speak to how they hold up with scratches from metal spoons or forks. The handles are metal but do not get hot when used on the stove top. This was an 11 piece set including lids so I will buy a few matching pieces to accompany the set, I love these pots and pans!

Easily the nicest pans I’ve ever owned and perfect for the three of us, but may appear larger than it is In the photos. Make sure you check the actual sizes and measurements to avoid disappointing. These are Attractive and easy to clean. It says you can use metal utensils but I have stuck to just silicone. The non stick is amazing. The only weak spot is the rivets inside pan; may require a tiny bit more attention when cleaning than the rest. It heats up fast and boils much faster than my stainless steel pans. The lids are tight fitting and not vented. Love that. All of in all a fantastic buy for the money.

I only purchased this set due to the first set purchased 6yrs ago began to show slight rust from horrible care in my home lol. These nonstick pots do exactly that.. Don’t stick! They are very durable and clean up leave a scrubber gathering dust!
I purchased the exact same pot set over 6yrs ago and due to not caring or paying enough attention, my kids used metal scrapping them horriblely for years. I recently began to see some rust on my pans (about time lol) and used this as a good excuse to buy a new set which I was super excited to do!
My last set was not dishwasher safe as I didn’t have a dishwasher when purchased lol. Inspight of not being dishwasher safe; they, for a long time, took the washes without any problems.. ABSOLUTELY LOVED IT!!

This is a great set of cookware… it is much lighter in weight than I am used too but they are very well made. I don’t put pits in dishwasher because I ruined a different set doing that so I am hesitant even if it says dishwasher safe. They are clad well and I have had no peeling or scratching. I only use wooden spoons in them though. Super easy to clean as nothing really sticks to them. I have even used in the oven and they still look great. I use these pots and pans every day and they still look new. Cooks evenly

This cookware set has changed my whole approach to cooking. Because of my wife’s illness, I do all of the cooking. Being in my very late 80’s and as a total amateur cook, I now find it a joy to follow recipes. The cookware heats evenly and is very reliable. Nothing sticks and food just slide off my fry pans onto plates. I detect no scratches even with my inexperience and the cleaning is just effortless. Safe for dishwasher but I almost never use it. Thanks for producing such a fine product and kudos to all your engineers and manufacturers .

This set is amazing! I had a set of old cookware that was peeling on the bottom of some of the pots and scratched on the inside – so they had to go. This set replaced that perfectly. I already used one of the fry pans and clean up was super easy. I could have easily hand washed it but because they are dishwasher safe, I opted to check it out. Granted, I’ve not had this set for long but the way it’s made, I can tell, it’s going to last. The pasta strainer is a nice touch too! They are not ‘that’ heavy – to look at them, you’d think they would be but they are just right – total quality.

I bought these mainly for the fact that they are the hard-anodized type and dishwasher safe too. Also for the fact that metal utensils can be used in them, because my son forgets with other non-stick cookware. I just fried 2 eggs in the small 8″ open skillet without any oil on medium to medium high heat. They slid right out of the pan easily and are cooked perfectly. By the way the saute pan lid will fit over the larger open skillet perfectly, and I did use the larger pan lid to cook my eggs in the small open skillet. That lid does not fit the small skillet perfectly, but it did work.

Only thing I did not like when I opened them is that there is a seam in the metal rims on the lids which shows. This is minor, but I wish they had made them without the seam being visible.

      Update 1 year later:
The outside of this cookware does not wear well over time. Any grease that gets on the outside during cooking will cause burned on stains that are not removable. I have tried softscrub, it does not work. Tried a little ammonia also in desperation on the outside only, no luck at all. There is no way to remove the outside discolorations. The outer edge of the small skillet and some of the other pieces also wears off to show a bare shiny metal strip or white discoloring right along the edge. This white discoloration is also spreading on my skillet now to below the edge and onto the side. I have one or two items that seem to be losing their non-stick capability, but I believe one of those pieces were possibly over-heated with burned food. For what I paid, I expected better though on all the pieces. DSA maybe really is not quite so dishwasher safe and I don’t have time to hand wash cookware.

Also the 2 pans in this set are not worth much size-wise. The 1 quart is not really big enough to boil one egg. The 2.5 quart pan is adequate. This set needs a 1.5 quart pan and a 3 or 3.5 quart pan to really make is useful. I don’t always want to drag out the other larger handled pot, or even the dutch oven size I bought extra. Sometimes I just want a larger pan.

Jan 2021 — last update, so let’s see 10 years later, I can’t believe this stuff is still sold. Yeah, I still have them but only because it is so hard to shop for cookware. The outside of my skillets all have gouged out sides that show bare metal, much like someone else’s posted picture. I have never seen any cookware do this before. It is time to ditch this set for something else. I might keep the larger pot. The pots seem too fair better than skillets, but most of the sizes were always too small.

I had a mixed bag of cook ware. I had cuisinart, all clad, circulon and a couple other brands. Constantly getting the wrong lid and looking for the right pot or pan. This solved all that. It’s a nice set and the lids can fit more than one piece. They are lightweight enough and the non stick coating is durable enough. See thru lids are a nice touch. With the mixed bag of cookware that I had for years, I liked the cuisinart the best for being lightweight and sturdy/durable. All Cladis the bomb, but soooo heavy as well. Circulon is all right, it is also durable but not as light as the cuisinart. Just got sick of heavy pots and pans. I also liked the pasta pot/drainer which is super handy to have. I am happy with these and I recommend the set.
