At first, it was pretty great but had a tiny bit of warpage on one side. Now it’s so much my stove doesnt heat it up evenly as one side doesn’t touch (its an induction stove top). We use it every day.

With the increase in induction cooktops, and a common feature of those cooktops being a bridge between a front and back burner, you’d think that it would be a little easier to find a double burner griddle that was induction friendly. But alas, there are painfully few on the market. Most that would otherwise be induction capable based on their material are really made for gas and don’t lay flat on the surface – one side with ridges and one side flat but with a raised lip, make it not viable. The ones that in theory could work (with just one cooking side and the other side flat like the lodge CRSGR18), mostly haven’t worked well — with very uneven heat distribution and warping.
This cuisinart one was a pleasant surprise. It nicely spans 2 burners. It distributes heat pretty evenly (not perfectly – pancakes for instance cook more quickly in some spots than others). And it cleans well with its non-stick surface. I use it primarily for breakfast foods – pancakes, french toast, etc, on an induction cooktop and it works very well. I would prefer a little less of a lip so it would be easier to get a spatula under foods near the edges, but other than that ( and the slightly uneven temp distribution), this is a winner, and by far the best of its kind that I’ve found.

Don’t know if the person who cleaned it after the first use, did not wipe the bottom dry, but when I went to use it, there was rust on the bottom, after only one use. Took me forever to try to get the rust mark off. Mark is still there, so not happy about that. Other than that , it works fine. Made delish kobe beef burgers on it.

We love this griddle for on our induction cooktop! Makes it easy to cook bacon, pancakes, etc. We do put just a slight bit of bacon grease or oil on surface when cooking pancakes, but really doesn’t need it. Very tough material that is very slick and non-stick. I do run it thru the dishwasher occassionaly, but usually just have to wipe it down with papertowels to get it clean and ready to put away until next time. This does truly work very well on an induction cooktop!

Had to cut off a handle in orde to fit my range set up. Not the fault of the product. Heats evenly if given a few minutes. Perfect for my induction range with syncing burners. Ramped up the heat in stages. No warpage. Still perfectly flat after multiple uses. Highly recommended

It’s lightweight. Easy to clean. Heats quickly. Fits perfectly on the bridge burners. I was concerned due to the inexpensive cost. I was pleasantly surprised when I first used it. I use it every morning for French toast, pancakes, eggs, sausages. I can make several quesadillas and burgers at one time.

It’s thin, and it buzzes a bit on my induction range, but it heats evenly across the whole surface when using the bridge burner. Nice to be able to make eight grilled cheese sandwiches or burgers or two dinner-plate sized pancakes at a time. Food gets done faster, whole family gets to eat at the same time. Easy to clean, does it’s job.

I’ve had this for four months now. It is excellent. Performs great on our induction cooktop. Because it is so versatile, we use it several times a week. There were a number of negative reviews about the non-stick coming off. We’re careful, but we don’t baby it, and we’ve had zero issues. Very pleased with this product. Gave it four star because on first start up it does get hot spots, but that is very common with induction and to avoid it you would have to make a much heavier product. One of the nice things about this is that it is heavy enough to fix those hot spots within a minute or so but light enough to be a pleasure to use and easy to clean and store.
