The pan itself is excellent, nice and deep. The rack that comes with it … nope.
I use this pan/rack to bake bacon, and the bacon sticks to the rack. I have greased the rack (even though I shouldn’t have to. Come on, bacon is greasy should NOT stick).
Also, clean up is not easy. Trying to get the stuck bacon pieces off takes a lot of elbow grease.
Throwing out the rack, keeping the pan.

Although I just got my own, I have used this at another house and it is awesome to do your bacon in the oven free of its grease…Highly recommend this for any kitchen….

Using cooling racks on baking sheets or casserole dishes was not satisfactory so I was looking for something better.
I am very happy with these pans with racks.
These racks fit perfectly inside the pan. They are big enough to cook 8 chicken thighs at one time. They are easy to clean, easy to store and very sturdy.

Absolutely love this pan. The extra rack is perfect. I love the non-stick surface and that the pan doesn’t change shape in the heat of the oven. Would absolutely recommend this pan especially at the price point it is at.

Your “cookie sheet” with the added rack makes this a kitchen must to become useful X’s 10. The rack allows almost a convection heating to fish, frozen food and fresh food and vegetables. Super easy to clean, even heating and kitchen basic must.

I hope in the next few months I will not need to downgrade my review, but I am not optimistic. 1st use the coating on the grate is peeling off. I placed in hot soapy (dawn dish soap) water to soak. After an hour I still could not clean cervices with a wash cloth. Continued soaking for a few more hours. Was easier to clean, but coating started flaking. Washed thoroughly and dried. Will check for rust as time goes on. Fingers crossed. It did cook the bacon beautifully. Crisp without becoming hard.

I love bacon. Bacon and eggs, BLT’s and in baked beans. I love bacon. Bought this pan for my wife and she says it cooks bacon perfectly and I agree. Well worth the price.

I’m not sure what it is about the rack but it makes the perfect bacon each time. It’s super easy to clean and isn’t too big so it doesn’t take up a lot of space. The rack also sits right on the pan so you can take it off to use it for something else as well.
