The only purpose for a kettle like this is to bring water to a boil and dispense it safely, right? This one performs very well at both tasks. Affordable & flip-a-switch easy. Turns off automatically after the water boils for (I’m guessing) about a minute or two. I don’t yet if it will last a long time, but the sturdy construction of the pitcher and base lead me to think it will.

I like this new kettle. It seems to boil the water really quickly. I purposely went for a basic model without all the bells and whistles you’re sure you’ll use but never do. My only issue is that there’s nothing to indicate that it’s switched on.

Great quality with beautiful red color. Size is great for under cupboard area. Heats and boils quickly. Very easy to clean with a cloth. Shuts off automatically after coming to a raging boil.
