We love this and are avid tea drinkers. Oddly my only issue isn’t even a problem just a future suggestion. Please make the tea steeper bigger. That is all. 🙂. We love the color lights! The tea heats fast and we are all thankful for that!

Calienta el agua rápido y es muy práctica, buena calidad de marca y bella, 100% recomendable

This kettle works well and cost much less than other brands. The water heats quickly and is much hotter than water heated in the microwave. On my unit at least the keep warm feature seems hit or miss, sometimes it will keep the tea at the set temperature for the 30 minutes other time sit seems to shut off early.

Seemed overpriced when I bought it but had the features I wanted. I expected a long service life but it’s now leaking at the base. Trying to message the manufacturer on their web site gives the error “There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.” Will keep trying

We use our pot daily for hot tea and French Press Coffee. It’s so quick, and we love that you can choose the temperature to heat your water.

It heats quickly and does what it’s supposed to do from that aspect. What I don’t like about it is the fact the lid isn’t hinged and it’s extremely hard to remove when it’s so hot. It’s necessary to remove the lid once the tea has finished steeping but it’s hard to do when it’s so hot. Also, the infuser is extremely small, I do brew my tea a little stronger than most because I only drink iced tea so the tea needs to stand up to being iced. I can’t get enough tea in the infuser to brew it the strength I need it to be. For most people though the hot lid would be the major issue

I love how this allows you to chose the temperature you’d like the water to be set at. A variable temperature control would be nice but this functions well as it describes the temperature target for each of the available temperature settings (ie black tea, oolong, green tea, etc)
The one thing i don’t care for is the “keep warm” button function. If it isn’t “keep warm” it will bring the water up to the temperature you’ve selected and then cut off. meh. If you select “keep warm” it only keeps it that temperature for 30 minutes. meh. But the aspect i dislike so much is that even if it is at “keep warm,” once you take the carafe off the power unit, it cuts off completely and if you want it to “keep warm,” you have to re-select the temperature, re-select “keep warm” and then cut it back on… sucks if you’re just wanting a nice pot of hot water to go back to without having to enter in as much button pushing as a science fiction starship control.
