Perfect for 1-2 people … looks nice on counter. Cooks everything I’ve tried so far perfectly … moist and tasty and tender. Easy to use and easy to clean. Be sure to check the temperature and time and the air fryer will do the rest, from perfectly cooked eggs to perfectly cooked steaks …

I gave my original one to my daughter while I was away to try out the usefulness of an air fryer. She has a big family but put away her toaster oven and decided to keep it. The school aged children (grade 3+) warm up their own snacks, prepare school lunches. I offered her a bigger one but she likes how compact it is. I bought a new one. I love the color, it is very easy to use and it’s my number one appliance. Great for veggie burgers, chicken nuggets, fries, makes perfect toast. Chicken breasts come out moist and delicious in 10 minutes. Perfect size for one or two people. It isn’t the easiest to clean because if you put it in the dishwasher you might ruin the coating. So I bought a couple of silicon inserts which makes cleanup much easier. For best use, also get an oil sprayer. The new ones in the clear containers work very well.

I like my Instant Pot and I wanted an air fryer that had a small footprint. I saw the reviews mentioning smell and decided to take a chance when it was on sale for $29. Probably would not have at a higher price. The chemical smell is very strong, more than normal new appliance odor. Had to plug it in outside, put a couple cups of water with a half lemon squeezed into it, and the lemon, and ran it on air fry a couple times. It got rid of the smell enough to not taste it in the food. Probably will take a few more uses before it totally goes. Mind you I’m gen-x and my crib likely had lead paint, so not bothered too much about such things. People sensitive to off-gassing should definitely pass on this one. Otherwise works well.

The Mini Air Fryer has completely revolutionized my cooking experience. This compact powerhouse deserves a glowing five-star rating for its exceptional performance and versatility.

First and foremost, the cooking results achieved with this appliance are truly outstanding. The air frying capabilities are top-notch, allowing me to achieve perfectly crispy and golden-brown foods with minimal oil. Whether it’s fries, chicken wings, or even homemade crispy tofu, this mini air fryer oven consistently delivers mouthwatering results. The 4-in-1 functionality is a major plus. Alongside air frying, it also functions as a versatile oven, allowing me to bake, roast, and reheat a wide range of dishes. The oven mode distributes heat evenly, ensuring consistent and thorough cooking. It has become my go-to appliance for quickly preparing delicious meals without compromising on taste or quality.

Despite its compact size, the capacity is surprisingly generous. It easily accommodates small to medium-sized portions, making it perfect for individuals or small households. The cooking basket is well-designed, allowing for efficient airflow and even cooking. The non-stick coating makes cleaning a breeze, saving me precious time in the kitchen. The intuitive control panel and user-friendly interface make operating the Instant Pot Vortex a breeze. With its pre-set cooking functions, I can simply select the desired option and let the appliance do the rest. It takes the guesswork out of cooking and ensures consistent and reliable results every time.

Another aspect worth mentioning is the speed and efficiency of this appliance. It heats up quickly and cooks food faster than traditional ovens, saving both time and energy. The convenience of having a compact air fryer oven combo means I can whip up a delicious meal in no time, even on busy days.

Lastly, the build quality of the Instant Pot Vortex is exceptional. It feels sturdy and well-constructed, assuring me of its durability. The sleek and modern design adds a touch of elegance to my kitchen countertop, making it a stylish addition to any culinary space.

In conclusion, this little air fryer has exceeded my expectations in every way. I love my Instant Pot, and trust the Instant brand of products. This 2-quart air fryer is perfect for my needs, and does exactly what it should and more. It is attractive on the counter near the toaster, doesn’t take up much space, and is easy to clean. It is very user friendly, and pauses when you open the drawer, then continues when you close it again. I’ve baked potatoes (excellent! crispy skin, fluffy inside), made homemade panko-breaded chicken tenders, french fries, grilled cheese sandwiches, roasted quartered sweet and white potatoes, and green beans and asparagus with olive oil, herbs, and lemon. All so good! Great for reheating bacon, toast, chicken, etc.
Cleaning is easy with soap and water and a sponge. I let it air dry, or wipe dry with a soft towel. I also wipe down the inside of the fryer to remove any possible splatters and to keep it smelling nice.
This is one of the better purchases I’ve made, and food cooks in less time and tastes so much better!

Very happy with the air fryer. Perfect for a single serving. Air fryer is small enough to store in a standard depth upper cabinet. Easy to use and heats up quickly!

As long as you’re okay with the small size and know what you are getting, this is a great little appliance. Works well for air frying, baking and reheating food in a jiffy. Pretty powerful and I like the splash of color it adds to the kitchen 🙂

At first I was disappointed in the color, it seemed so pale. A few days later I was very happy that the happy cheerful pale mint green little appliance was that color. I really like the color
This is a small air fryer, takes up a small counter area. It is not loud when running. The little buttons on the front of the air fryer are easy to see and use. We use the air fryer to air fry, bake and reheat foods.
It is so easy to use, and to clean which is one reason we love it so much.
This is not our first Air Fryer. It is the smallest, easiest to use and clean. Takes up very little counter space, works as it should. Does a great job cooking in a nice little pan which has a good sized contoured handle on it that is easy to hold and use to pull the pan from the machine and to put it back into the pan.
We wish we had found this little jewel sooner. Yes, buy one for yourself, it is good quality product and reasonable price. And very pretty on kitchen counter

Tried roasting brussels sprouts and failed both times, baked to different types of sweet potato and they both turned out 10x better than oven and microwaved. The skin was delectable and this is the first time ive actually eaten them 😳

I wish there was an app or something that had a massive compiled list of foods and their suggested (tried and verified) cooking method and if a liner should be used.

Its no louder than an oven fan and the beeps are necessary because im learning that i forget ive even popped anything in it and would forget to flip the food were it not for the beeps.

Someone else reviewed this and mentioned the half ring on the cooking tray leaving her fish with an unappealing lump. Well, flip it over 😉

The true test happens today when i attempt to roast a spaghetti squash and asparagus 😌

This is my first air fryer as I was not sold on them until my gas bill was $300 one month from baking brussels and using the stovetop 🙄 im stoked about the possibilities with this thing all for a fraction of my gas bill!

This was on sale, and I selected it because it was one of the smallest air fryers on the market, so it wouldn’t take up much space on the counter, and I could put it in the cabinet when not in use. Well, it turns out I use it almost every day, and I like it on the stove so I can use the hood vent there. It’s really only good for one person, and even for one you might wish you had a larger model to better prepare a complete meal. (But it can be done.)

      Positives:
      – Heats up in a minute or two. It has basically replaced my oven (except for larger items like spaghetti/acorn squash, cakes).
      – Great for salmon, breaded fish, pork chops, roasted veggies (Brussels sprouts, green beans, asparagus, potatoes, etc.), ramekin eggs, breakfast sausages, bacon.
      – SUPER easy to clean. Pull out the non-stick bin, soak it for a few minutes, rinse and wipe dry.
      – Clear digital temp and time controls. Tones for adding/turning/removing food. Quiet operation.

      Down side:
      – Nasty plastic smell when new. Still a slight metallic odor, so I use it under the vent hood.
      – Usually too small to cook more than 1-2 items for a meal.
      – I haven’t had luck with muffins or bakery items from scratch. Too small. But it can bake 1-2 cookies from store-bought dough for a treat.
      – It’s very tempting to start buying prepared foods that you don’t normally eat — frozen chicken wing, fries, tots, etc. — because they turn out great!

Air fryers require that food be spread out, so if I bought a larger capacity version, I’d probably need to use inside racks to layer, which defeats its simplicity. If I bought a toaster-oven-style air fryer, I’d probably lose the quick preheat and easy clean up. So, for now, I’m pretty happy with this purchase.
