I love that I have the option of brewing a pot of coffee or a single cup with the Keurig K-Duo Essentials K-Cup Pod Black. As a bonus the coffee brew with this machine tastes great!

I love this coffee maker for all it does and especially for the heating element. I was disappointed that it came with a scoop which I really don’t need . I would have preferred they included the filter basket instead. It works just as expected and I purchased the filters separately as there was also no water filter included.

I have one of the old Keurig’s and it has been a phenomenal single cup coffee maker. I’ve had it about a decade and it still works perfectly. Needless to say, it brews a great cup of coffee. My sister wanted to get a Keurig duo brewer. We received it the other day. It took no time to get it set up. Since my sister opted for the model that wasn’t programmable, it was very easy to understand. Her previous brewer was and we never used this feature. Both the carafe and single brew make very good coffee. We are hoping it gives us good service. No problems to start with. It was very reasonable as far as cost goes.

The only thing I don’t like about this coffee maker is that it does not have a timer but I knew that when I bought it. Other than that it works like any Keurig. What I am most impressed about though is the customer service. I contacted the seller because when I open the box the pot was broken! I contacted the seller and told them that I was pretty sure the Amazon driver broke it because he basically threw the box at our front door. We opened it right away and it was broken. The seller said they didn’t have any extra parts to send us but they would contact someone else and make it happen and they did! It’s really hard to find great service these days but we definitely found it with them!

Got this to replace a Mr. Coffee drip pot I had. It’s nice to have the option of single cup or a pot. Only thing I don’t care for is the water tank is on the back, so I have to move to refill every morning.

After using another company’s coffee brewer for years we finally made the switch to Keurig. The other style, which doesn’t use a carafe, kept breaking off pieces ( cheap plastic parts that lasted only 3 months this last time), so we decided to switch brands. This brewer is great since it brews a 12 cup pot, and also brews individual cups. My only complaints are as follows: 1) In my opinion, the water reservoir is hard to get to as it’s on the back of the machine. I don’t like having to slide out and turn the machine so I don’t make a mess while pouring water; 2) I have yet to figure out how to turn the machine off after we use up all the coffee in the carafe. We don’t want a hot burner left on with an empty pot, so we unplug it and then plug back in. It needs an on/off switch like I’ve seen on older Keurig models. We are home everyday so don’t need to keep it unplugged for safety, but I like knowing it’s shut off after each use. Other than these two things I absolutely love this coffee machine. It suits our needs perfectly.
