This is a wonderful simple coffee maker. I have had more expensive coffee makers – this is fairly priced and usable.

I’ve been using Mr Coffee makers since the early 70’s, I just bought this one and I am shocked. It is the cheapest piece of junk, I am so shocked. They spent more money on engineering the box, than they did on this Coffee maker. The coffee grind holder doesn’t sit flat on the counter anymore like the previous machines! The lid doesn’t sit flat when it is closed, because the spring on the valve at the bottom of the coffee grind filter holder has too much pressure. When adding water it is anything but easy, because they have very poor design of the shape of their machine. Seems like some little kid engineered this machine, and the nerve of them to have charged me over seventy dollars for it, SMH. And not to mention it is extremely cheaply made! Hang your head Mr so-called, Mr Coffee, You should be ashamed of yourself! The machine I had to throw out, blows this piece of crap out of the water, by far. You used to make such nice Coffee machines! Never again! I am sending it back, If I knew it was made this way, I wouldn’t even pay 20.00 for it.

3 or 4 stars go with the four as it does make coffee and in about a year and a half toss it in the recycle bin and get another one. Cheap enough for foreign made coffee makers.

Love the display which is large and setting the coffee for making coffee ever morning is so easy. Also love the ability to set the time to keep the coffee warm up to 4 hours. I use the extra strong option as my option as I like stronger coffee.

This coffee maker works fine. Makes great coffee. My problem with it is when you put the pot in the dishwasher, of course you put it on the top shelf upside down. Water gets under the top plastic ring that goes around the top to hold the handle…so when you take the pot out and turn it upright…the water comes slowly dripping out and it takes awhile, so you can’t use it again right away. Otherwise I’ve had no problems.

This pot makes a lot of coffee. Appreciate the extra filters. The coffee tastes great and stays warm for so much longer than my old pot. Easy to program too.

A romance must happen between brewer and coffee .mine was love at first sight. Mr coffee and 8 o’clock brew was love at first sight! The brewer looks good , easy to use, extra-large amount of coffee the way i like it Thank you Mr coffee for giving us such a prefect brewer. i know when the population finds about this brewer there will be a run on the market. This is our second coffee pot! I love this coffee pot- it is 14 cups, but I think my coffee tastes better in a 14 cup pot. Quality of this is nice, it has a delay so you can pre make coffee night before and it will be ready when you wake up. The beep when it’s done or turning off is t too loud either
