We just received our Pixie tonight and already love it! It’s very easy to use and the espresso tastes amazing! It pulls the perfect regular or long shot of espresso with a beautiful crema on top. I was surprised a what a sturdy machine it is for being so small! It seems really well made and worked exactly as described in the instruction manual. We got the bundle with the Aerocino milk frother and highly recommend that too. The design is well thought out and easy to use. The main cup part sits on a base, so when it’s time to pour the milk in to your drink you don’t have a cord dragging along! The pieces come apart easily for cleaning. We used whole milk and half and half and it came out perfect. It’s only been a few hours, but we are thrilled with this purchase!

Great little machine. Works perfect. Two settings are regular and double!

Product itself is good. The Pixie makes a mean espresso without taking up much counter space. The frother does not heat milk to warm while frothing, it only takes the chill off of it – but it froths beautifully!

Makes a good espresso shot quickly without the time, fuss, clean-up and initial bigger expense of a higher end traditional espresso machine. Research shows this is the best convenience pod system espresso machine on the market that makes a proper espresso. I’m not the kind of consumer who jumps on the latest trend, but I wanted a better caffeine experience to linger over without having to leave my house each time.
Once I made up my mind to go with Nespresso, I was torn whether to go with their VertuoLine or OriginaLine. Ultimately I settled on the OriginaLine because it’s not replacing my regular drip coffee maker since we’re still able to make a good strong pot of coffee using fresh beans. So the Nespresso is intended as more of a supplemental caffeine experience for us and when we have guests over.
I chose the Pixie Titanium purely on looks and because it’s mostly metal. I got the bundle because Amazon priced it so well I couldn’t pass it up! I didn’t expect to use the Aeroccino much except for the rare cappuccino or for guests, but we actually use it a lot. Instead of milk we use unsweetened almond milk and it froths up beautifully and makes a rich cappuccino or latte.
The long and short of it is it makes a quality shot of espresso almost instantly, doesn’t take up a lot of counter space, gives you the option of a long shot or regular, made solidly, has a classic Art Deco appeal, and the brand offers excellent customer service. Nespresso recycles the Aluminium pods and composts the old coffee inside, and for free they will send you a prepaid UPS bag that you put the used pods in and take to a UPS drop off, so they’re not harming the environment. I highly suggest registering your Pixie with Nespresso and ordering the pods through them, their prices run 70 – 75 cents a pod depending on the kind you get and they offer free gifts like glassware, etc.

I used this while on vacation in an air b&b and loved it so much I ordered one the week we came home! This machine is used daily, several times a day and it’s awesome!! I highly recommend! I have also purchased tons of coffee pods on Amazon!

After a trip in Paris over the holidays where we stayed at an apartment outfitted with Paris’ finest (and Smallest) appliances, we were so enamored by the simplicity of this Nespresso machine we used over there. Being coffee drinkers the idea of espresso is just "extra" but NOT having an easy coffee machine (nevermind the cafes, they were there just too far and cold to walk to at 7am) we found the Nespresso machine in the apartment SO convenient and delicious.
We came home with and decided we needed one of those in our lives. WE LOVE IT.
Pros: simple, easy, two buttons large and small espresso. Doesn’t get any easier than that, oh three buttons..the on button. Option to buy basket to make and use your own espresso blend just like a kurig has a "use your own coffee" option. Sold separately.
Cons: the "large" is really like 3oz I think, you can hold button for a longer pour but it would be nice if I could make a full "half a cup" as opposed to 1oz or 2.5oz. Pods, pods, pods, if you drink espresso or coffee with espresso every day for two people you will go through 50 in no time. Water container lid doesn’t stay up so of you want to fill reservoir you most likely need to take reservoir off to fill as opposed to just lifting lid and pouring bottle of water in.
Overall, we love it so much we took it on a road trip plugging it in at relatives houses as we traveled (by the way doesn’t work in 120v AC adapter in F150 just FYI). Price is great, device is quick, espresso is excellent. Great choice.

I waited too long to buy this. Tried it in Germany in 2013. Tried it again when housesitting in 2015. A friend got on and that put me over the edge. The coffee is great and the milk frother is amazing…I have only used it in heat mode, not cool mode. Do yourself and favor and buy this set up.

I wasted so much time going with cheaper espresso machines in an effort to save money only to return them. The pixie is a keeper. Makes a perfect espresso. Love it and highly recommend. Just buy it!

I went the cheap route first and got the Instant Pod machine that does Kcups and Nespresso and regretted it pretty quickly. Bought this one next and LOVE it. It has a lot more pressure than the cheaper machines and makes a tasty cup of coffee

Makes a great cup of espresso! We have been using it everyday since we got it!
