Hubby and his family are coffee snobs. I bought this because I am caffeine sensitive and I like the Nespresso half caff pods I tried at a friend’s house. This gets used more than our trusty Breville Barista now. I purchased one in store and returned because it came with the pump airlocked and I couldn’t get it to clear. This one came and worked right out of the box. The frother never worked and customer service was no help. The coffee machine works great and puts out a perfect, delightfully foamy-topped coffee. It’s easy to clean and fill, and looks great. The pods are expensive, but the flavor compensates. Overall a great buy.

This has saved me so much money from not going to Starbucks! I love how easy it is to make me an iced coffee right at home! It hasn’t leaked and has been easy to clean! I definitely recommend this coffee machine!

I’ve been using the Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ Deluxe by De’Longhi for a while now, and it has some noteworthy features. The machine’s design is sleek, fitting well into my kitchen setup. One-touch operation simplifies the brewing process, catering to both coffee and espresso preferences.
In terms of performance, the barcode recognition system on the Vertuo capsules ensures consistent flavor extraction. The coffee quality is commendable, and the machine’s versatility in offering different brew sizes adds to its practicality. While it comes with a higher price tag, it may be justified for those seeking a reliable and convenient home brewing experience.
In conclusion, the Nespresso Vertuo Pop+ Deluxe brings ease of use and consistent results. Whether it justifies the cost depends on individual preferences and priorities in a coffee machine.

Hotel had these in their rooms or we would of never used, but it was easy (once we figured it out) and so nice & strong & fluffy. Made me think of George Clooney & his commercial. Husband & I look forward to our Nespresso every morning

I purchased this because I was looking for consistent coffee quality with convenience. It is a nice, easy machine to use and maintain. The capsules are a bit pricey but worth the quality on the fly. The machine noise level is moderate – it would be nice if it were a bit quieter. Overall it is a good value.

I bought the Nespresso Vertuo as a Christmas gift, for my Wife. It came with some sample coffee pods, everything went well, after the 5th cup of coffee, it started having issues, red light would come on, or when pressed the button for it to brew a cup, it would keep running and never would brew coffee pod, also you cannot find any other brand of coffee to use for this machine. due to the round shape of the pods, I even bought the descaler to clean it, I just got tired of waiting and or messing with the machine to get a cup of coffee, that should only take a few minutes to make, I have spoken so far with 5 different consumer that had the same bad experience. I hope you can make a better-quality product, so consumers don’t waist their money. Thank you for your time, Louis Grant

It’s a bit loud when it brews, but brews so quickly, it doesn’t matter! Quality is great.

I was hesitant to buy since we’re happy with our Keurig – felt like it was a bit frivolous but so happy we did. The taste of the decaf is fabulous, easy to clean, no issues whatsoever. A great treat in the afternoon!

We are not coffee snobs, but do enjoy a good cup of joe. We still have our old tried and true coffee maker. However, this adds a new level of coffee enjoyment for the weekends or every now and then. It is easy to setup and use. It appears to be durable. We’ve had it 2 months and no issues. The pods are a bit pricey, but the results are worth it. We recommend!

Bought this machine on sale with a 30 pack of Carmel, vanilla, and Hazelnut pods for a little less than the price of the the machine alone. The machine makes excellent coffee compared to a K-cup machine. The difference in flavor and quality would be like comparing VHS to DVD, or more like comparing VHS to Bluray if you are old enough to get the reference. I bought a cheep $36 electric milk frother to go with it and I am ecstatic with the results. I love the crema that this machine produces.
The machine came with a sample kit, and a $10 coupon if you order directly from the Nespresso web site. The machine is one touch because it reads barcodes on the pods. Keurig tried this when they went to the Keurig 2 and was not very popular because people had a bunch of pods that could not be used in their new machines.
The only cons that I can see is the price of the pods and Nespresso being proprietary with their pods (this is a good thing as it ensures the quality, and bad if Nespresso ever goes out of business). I would recommend buying the pods from Nespresso directly, as the pods are the same price and they include samples of coffee.
I still use the Keurig, because I have a boatload of K-cups, but once I start running out of those and have a ready supply of the Nespresso pods I can see the Keurig being retired. Nespresso pods are around $125 pod, and K-cups are around $.55 a pod. For quality and enjoyability the Nespresso is worth the price difference, especially if you are able to find a flavor you enjoy.
