When we picked up the box we can hear rattling noise inside. When I opened the box I found the coffee pot in pieces. So right now I am in the process of returning this for a refund . This was the second one I had ordered since the first one was never delivered on the date it was supposed to but finally delivered 3 days later which I am trying to get Discover to pay for.

I got this product as a wedding gift. When I put it on my registry I figured k cups would fit in it. K cups do not fit in the machine and when I go to make a single serving of coffee it doesn’t even fill my cup. I also went to my machine and it was leaking water all over my counter top. I would not recommend this product to anyone and it has really made me upset.

Love the foamer for Creamers, gravies, and anything I want to quickly mix. The espresso and pot functions are simple to use and I’m so glad they built in a location on the machine itself for the scoop so I don’t have to keep it separate. Only changes id recommend would be the addition of a kcup maker and a place to snap on the cleaning tray that comes with the machine.

It came dented which wasn’t a huge issue. However, I’ve ran three consecutive cleaning cycles and still have lots of plastic bits coming out of the machine. I do not feel safe drinking from it

I would never know this is a refurbished model when opening it. Its exactly the way a brand new machine comes. Everything works perfect. The milk frother only does cold froth(says it in the manual) . Heat milk in micro for 30-45 sec then froth it. LOVE IT 5 out 5

First one arrived broken the day before Christmas, didn’t realize until opened Christmas morning. Submitted replacement request and returned broken. Got new one on 29th. Love the espresso maker. Haven’t tried other features. Downfall. Manual had to download

I liked the built-in milk frother on the left, and also the coffee temperature from both sides, expresso, and regular coffee brewing, I love the brand, no disappointments at all.

This machine started leaking internally after less than a month of use. Seller wont handle anything on their end and turned me towards dealing directly with the manufacturer, would have been easier to just purchase from manufacturer in the beginning.
