Changing to 5 star as it was replaced with no hassle and the replacement looks an works great.
Giving a 1 star because the water tank has a high crack/defect (picture attached). Yes this was a refurbished unit, but it was supposed to be in excellent condition. I returned for a replacement so hopefully can give a better review after it comes in.

I have been looking for a coffee maker that does all that this one does and more. I can make iced coffee latte, coffee, coffee whatever you want. It’s amazing and it’s perfect size.

Love the unit except the k cup feature. Makes a mess, water spews all over the place! I still use it, just have to wipe up after. Other than that I love it!

I’ve had this machine for a couple of months now and so far exclusively used the kcup adapter. Have not tried brewing a full pot yet. That said, I haven’t run into any issues and it brews a really nice cup of coffee. The milk frother works great too. My only complaint so far is that there’s no way to disable the 5 beeps that occur after it’s finished brewing.

This is the second attempt at using this coffee maker. It has a lot of moving parts so you must acquaint yourself with all that when using. It took me two weeks to get the hang of it. The full-pot cycle works great. The one-cup method gives you a coffee so hot you burn your lips. If you allow it to cool for 2 minutes then the coffee is luke-warm. It looks good on the counter, though. I think it’s overpriced.
