This is the newest model 09-22, that was not available on the Ninja Canada website. The US model, is almost the same with two additional features, brew timer and adjustable warming plate temperature. If these features are important then order the US model, at the time of writing this, the price for the US model would be roughly $50 CDN more.
As for the 200C – aka Canadian model, the carafe is amazing, pour fast or pour slow, it will not drip (main reason I bought it). The footprint is average, but it is narrow, much smaller that the kitchenaid it replaced.
It brews coffee fast, even with rich mode selected. Beeps are minimal and non-annoying (no silence option). Flavor is full bodied and temperature is good.
I am hopeful it will last, as I could not register the product on the Ninja Canadian website, as they do not have this model in their system, meaning I have to call in and speak with a rep. Not a deal breaker but definitely an inconvenience that I will present to the company, especially because Ninja’s origins are in Canada.

I’ve been experiencing a persistent issue with my Ninja Coffee Maker displaying error code 11 only after a month of use. Despite multiple cleanings, resets, and unpluggings, the error continues.

I chose this coffee maker due to the slim size and the programmable feature. It is definitely slimmer and nicer looking than a lot of other similar machines on the market, and I love having coffee ready when I wake in the morning. The machine is super easy to clean, and to use and I would highly recommend it!

I’ve owned several Ninja products over the years and they are all working great. This machine has a nice filter mesh, easily cleanable and the pot has a nice finish too. It’s made out of glass and has a decent size lid. The locking mechanism is a spring loaded and the open should be easy to clean. The brew was quick and delicious and no leakage anywhere whatsoever. The only downside about this is that the top is plastic (where the filter goes) and after 2 uses, it does close fully. There’s a very little gap and the steam escapes through that as well. Only time will tell how it holds up! Highly recommend this machine as it’s built with quality.

It is exactly as shown, I like that the reusable basket is included. I would have liked it to have a option of a charcoal filter, plus the ability to select how many cups it can make without, having the same amount of water in the water storage (if you want 4 cups, don’t put in more than sufficient water for 4 cups in the water chamber). Other than that it works as advertised

I’ve owned some decent coffee makers. This one is my favorite.
And the lid is removable from the ciraffe, making it super easy to clean.
I did notice something in the instructions, it clearly & repeatablely states
DO NOT CLEAN COFFE POT WITH WIRE BRUSH
Idk what kind of glass it’s made of, but I guess NINJA really does not want you to use a wire brush to clean the coffee pot / ciraffe.
So, don’t want to miss that!
But this coffee maker is imo the best one I’ve had. It’s intuitive to use, easy to program. And several other really awesome features.
Also the 1-4 cup option is very fast & great if you don’t want to end up drinking six cups of coffee this morning 🙃
So if you love light, & love, & life, & you need a programmable coffee maker because for some reason light and love & life are not quite enough to get you going in the morning…
You need this coffee maker 🌈 ☕️

This is a very nice and well done machine. I do brew my coffee at home and I always bought cheap coffe makers. I wanted to see if there is any difference by using a more expensive brand. And I am being honest when I say there is a huge difference in the taste of the coffee. I use The exact same coffee as before, but it does taste different., meaning better. I did have a problem with this item though. While brewing coffee shortly after I bought it, the glass carafe cracked.. It didn’t leak so it didn’t leave a mess in my kitchen, but you can definitely see the glass being cracked, I reached out to Amazon, but they didn’t do anything about it because it was out of the 30 day replacement. They advised me to reach out to the manufacturer I did that but the manufacturer does not replace the glass pot under their warranty. However, they offered me a 50% discount and free shipping for a new glass carafe. Customer service was pretty good and helpful. but it is unfortunate that I had this issue with it after a very short time using it.
But this is an excellent coffee maker, and I am happy with my purchase.

Ok I was very concerned about how hot the heat plate gets, 137 degrees, but apparently that’s normal. Looks great, works great, only complaint, don’t follow their guideline for coffee scoops! Bitter coffee! Plus, you’ll go through a ton of coffee! My last coffee maker was four scoops per 12 cup pot. Well, after fiddling around, it’s still really 4.5 scoops per 14 cups!

I have been using it for a while and I feel it is a very good product. It is not expensive, has good performance and very little noise. It is great.
