I love this coffee maker! It has a sleek look, is easy to use, and I love that I can make iced coffee or hot coffee and can do as small as an individual cup up to a full carfare full. ONLY negative is that it did not come with the coffee scoop that is suppose to attach to the side

Lights when out for pot size in first week leaks under pit when brewing and grounds leak out top regardless of how much coffee u use.

My coffee needs aren’t complicated, and this was my first “fancy” coffee maker after always having a regular cheap no frills one. But I was amazed at how fast and easy this one is. The coffee is of course so much better and I love all the size and strength options. Easy to clean, easy to use, and so fast.

This is a nice hot and cold coffee making system. I’m not certain if there is really that much difference between the classic brew or rich brew, however. In either case this will NOT taste like coffee you get from a coffee shop, although how your coffee will taste depends on what you use in the machine, of course. What I like best is that you can make brewed iced coffee, but you will need to use a lot of ice — half a tray inside the cup as it brews to cool, it and another half a tray to make it really iced. Frankly, this is a good machine but you might consider buying a cheaper hot/cold coffee maker if you want an iced brew. This takes up a bit of room, too.

It brews HOT, Fast and stays hot. Loved the frother. Ive had several ninja coffee makers this has been my favorite. I like that I can choose different sizes cups and pot sizes. Easy to clean and set up. The delay brew is fabulous as well! 5 star review

The coffee makers works well, and arrived undamaged; and clean. I ran a coffee cleaning solution though it to clean out the lines but I didn’t have to do so, as the internal lines were very clean, the whole thing was very clean outside and in. I would highly recommend.

I really like this coffee maker and my expectations were low for the iced coffee setting so I wasn’t surprised when it didn’t really work. I found a work around by filling about a third of the pot with ice, then setting the machine at half a pit on Rich. That seems to do the trick. I just add more ice to my cup before pouring it in and mixing in cream.
