This is a set of very nice looking non-stick cookware. The10-piece set includes: a 3.5 qt covered deep saute pan; a 5.7 qt covered dutch oven; 10.25″ frying pan; 9.5″ frying pan; 3 qt covered sauce pan ; 1.7 qt covered sauce pan. The cover for the saute pan and dutch oven will both fit the 9.5″ fry pan if needed.

The pans are constructed with partially (55%) recycled aluminum with a stainless steel induction base and stainless steel handles. Because aluminum has very high heat conductance the pans should heat evenly. The covers are glass with stainless steel knobs and trim. The pan interiors are coated with Inoceram Glide Tech nonstick surfaces. The exterior appears to be a gray enamel finish.

The packaging says the pans are oven safe to 500 degrees Fahrenheit, however the tempered glass lids are only safe to 350 degree F.

Integrated into the nonstick surface of the saute and frying pans is heat indicator. This is a red circular logo with gray-ish dots. The “Pro Tips” says: “You know T-fal pans are perfectly preheated when the dots of the center logo disappear.” Nothing in writing indicates what this temperature the dots disappear but I measured it to be around 250 degree F. I didn’t find this feature particularly useful as the dots only very gradually disappear and are not super prominent in the first place.

A mild concern with this set is that it’s not labelled “dishwasher safe”. The use and care instructions recommend hand washing with a soft sponge for all T-fal cookware. For this particular variety (“Hard Enamel”) is advised the “finishes may discolor and become dull” due to the dishwasher detergents. This condition is not covered by the warranty. I don’t consider this issue to be a “safety” issue, so I’ll accept the stated consequences and wash them in the dishwasher.

These are awesome and have been holding up well. Bought these for my girlfriend to replace some of her aging cheaper pans, they are a breeze to clean and cook evenly. Even in the hard water that is southern nevada, these have been absolutely amazing and wouldn’t hesitate to get them again. Color is also really nice and she’s using them on an electric stove with direct contact with the coils. Mine is induction, and can’t tell the difference when cooking. Great product and worth the price

I so feel like such a grown up right now. I have a whole bunch of pots and pans that all match each other, and they’re good quality too!

I do have another T-fal skillet, so I knew these are pretty good quality. I hoped this set would be as well. It is.

The box is light, considering there are 6 metal pots and 4 lids in it. Also, there wasn’t any plastic packing material, which was nice. I appreciate that they are trying to use recycled and recyclable material in both their product and the packaging.

I know this is “handwash recommended” but I don’t believe in handwashing as long as it fits in the dishwasher, so I ran all of these through the dishwasher. They seemed to hold up just fine. Though to be fair, because this is non-stick, it might be easier to handwash since there shouldn’t be any scrubbing. Rinse, swirl some soap around, rinse again, dry. I might be able to handle that.

I made scrambled eggs with stuff in them (apparently you can’t call it an omelet if you mix everything around when you cook it) and they turned out just fine. The eggs didn’t stick to the pan at all and clean up was a breeze. The skillets have a red spot in the center that gets dark when the pan is preheated. I don’t know how long that function will last, but it’s pretty cool right now.

The handles are attached securely, and they didn’t get hot when the pan was on the stove. The pans are fairly light for their sizes since they are made out of aluminum.

I think I really like this. It’s ridiculously expensive right now ($250!!) which I know isn’t really bad for really good cookware. I know you can find sets that are pretty good and will last a while for a lot less, including other sets by T-fal. But these are *really* nice. If cooking is something you enjoy AND if you can afford good quality stuff, I would highly recommend this set.

To preface, I really like this line of ceramic products. I had purchased 2 pans from local brick and mortar stores and found they performed very well.

So I pulled the trigger on a 10pc set three months ago. I immediately noticed some imperfections on these that were not present in my previous products. Small chips, burred edges on the handles, and even a skewed handle that was not riveted to the pan in parallel. One of the lids holds water between the glass and metal ring, and no amount of shaking or drying will remove it. I’m particularly worried about corrosion ruining this lid. None of the other lids display this issue, so I’m certain it’s a defect.

Thankfully the cooking surfaces were not blemished, but I worry about the longevity of these pans if manufacturing imperfections this poor are allowed past QC. I don’t see many other reviews for this ceramic excellence set, so perhaps I received an early production lot. Either way, wholly unacceptable to buy a pricey cookware set with 1/3 of the items looking like scratch and dent rejects.

For the price I paid, I expected better quality from this set. Having a different set from T-fal made me want to try this set out, just to be disappointed in the quality compared to the other set I have from T-fal.
Minor manufacturing defects may not seem like a big deal, but those were major to me when it comes to cooking.

I just started using these pots and pans forsure non stick which I love, but I was upset when I realized the bigger pot for soups was damaged none of the lids are able to fit due to the pot being damaged.

El juego es lindo, la comida se empieza a pegar al poco tiempo, son muy delicadas, les he dado uso con todo el cuidad y aún así ya tiene algunas partes peladas

I like the set so much , easy to clean stylish design and it heated so quickly

Nicely made pans, good heating continuity on gas or induction. Sturdy materials, handles, easy clean. It’s almost mindless ease cooking in these pans.
